Established in 2004 we provide a local alternative to big impersonal gyms and are able to provide exercise expertise second to none... Regenerate Fitness and Rehabilitation was established in 2004 by Physiotherapist Adam Floyd to provide an alternative to big box impersonal gyms. By employing University qualified staff working alongside physiotherapists we are able to provide exercise expertise not found in "normal" gyms and personal training centres. We have a community of members many of whom have been with us for 15 years and whom thrive in a supervised supportive atmosphere. Whilst we specialise in rehabilitation and exercise programs for medical conditions, around half our members are with us just because they prefer a smaller more personal exercise environment...
