O.A.K. Osinnowo Esq. is the Principal Partner and Head of Chambers of Rilwan Alli & Co. He is a graduate of Lagos State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar over a decade ago. O.A.K. is a highly skilled legal practitioner with a fortune of appearances in all the hierarchies of the Nigerian Courts. S.O. Olasite Esq. graduated from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (O.A.U.) and was thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar as Barrister and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He heads the firm's civil , criminal and real property law practice. His accumulated experience and skills cuts across drafting and preparing legal reviews for complex and specialised concession agreements; provision of legal advisory for local and international transactions on mergers and acquisitions and statutory compliance; development and implementation of legal portfolios and overall monitoring of legal performance of legal transactions; providing legal support for business start-ups, fintech and IT companies; and advocacy skills which encompasses legal representation, civil and criminal litigation in all the hierarchies of all the Nigerian Courts.
