RETHINK3R

ReThink3R aims at organizing interdisciplinary workshops focusing on the 3Rs using Design Thinking methods... We believe that the combination of 3R with Design Thinking is a very effective approach to discuss the emotionally charged topic of animal experiments, to transfer the knowledge about the 3R principle, to work on innovative solutions for their implementation and train the competences required for a change of mindset within the scientific community... We provide the setting for an unbiased and playful approach to the 3Rs and to find creative space to exchange experiences and work on ways to further implement these principles in biomedical research. During the workshop various methods for team work and problem solving are presented and applied. These tools include creative working methods, analytical approaches, interviewing techniques and feedback tools.
