Eddie is an active Real Estate Investor, entrepreneur, and Realtor®. He started his career as a Transaction Manager in part of over five million dollars in real estate transactions, connecting remote investors with the local market. Eager to pursue an investment career early on, he soon purchased his first three rental properties within his first year in real estate.

The founder and owner of Revitalize Realty, Lee has honestly served southern Alabama for over a decade while raising both a family of his own and a family of Revitalize companies, including Revitalize Homebuyers, Revitalize Construction, Revitalize Lawn Care, and Revitalize Heating and Air. Lee has been a full-time, active Real Estate Investor and business owner since 2011. His history of being involved with over 500 real estate transactions and managing countless renovation projects have given Lee the experience necessary to manage people and oversee the process involved in a successful investment lifecycle.
Our founder, Lee Waldrop, begins buying and flipping houses out of the back of his truck in the Greater Mobile area located at the Southern-most end of Alabama. The primary company (now Revitalize Realty and Revitalize Construction) gains a sister entity Cash Buyers Alabama (now known as Revitalize Homebuyers) in 2012 to market to sellers of distressed properties.
Todd is a realtor, real estate investor, husband, and father of two. Todd has empathetically helped hundreds of clients get the best outcome when selling their homes.
