David C. Sanders

Mr. Sanders is a proven veteran executive whose diverse and extensive successful track record provides great value to ROMTech. As President of a Los Angeles start-up, directed his company's meteoric rise to a billion-dollar valuation in 14 months. No stranger to the medical field, he has decades of experience as a top expansion consultant specializing in doctors, where he catapulted his firm to #1 in private medical practice consulting and two consecutive Inc. 500 awards. Sanders has a feel for the key areas ROMTech needs for our expansion. His diverse background includes consulting hospitals in the Southeast, doing a turn-around on an independent provider organization of 900 doctors in California, consulting in the insurance industry and even doing management training for a major international manufacturing firm. His motto is: the essence of good management is caring what goes on.

Pete Leone

Pete Leone joins ROMTech as a Navy veteran and seasoned Chief of Staff with more than two decades of experience working alongside C-Suite executives, company founders, and other business leaders. With his unique blend of leadership, organizational and strategic planning skills, Mr. Leone is adept at helping companies clearly define their objectives, and then maintain the discipline and follow-through to achieve them. Mr. Leone's passion for this field is in acting as a trusted advisor and being a liaison between leadership and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and streamline operations. His career started as Executive Aide to the Admiral & Intelligence Specialist for the U.S. Navy, followed by serving as Chief of Staff at World Wrestling Entertainment, Bridgewater Associates, CBRE, Gartner, and most recently at a healthcare investment startup based in New York City. Mr. Leone is now working close-at-hand with the CEO to successfully bridge the gap between strategic planning and tactical execution of ROMTech's business priorities and initiatives.

Peter Arn has spearheaded capital raises totaling over $200 million with no venture capital, recruited a world-class management team, and is the inspirational force that drives all ROMTech employees. Peter Arn, CEO of Brookfield medtech firm ROMTech​, has been named a recipient of the 2023 Hartford Business Journal C-Suite Awards. An experienced entrepreneur, Mr. Arn has driven ROMTech's core initiatives from day one, including product development, hiring, fundraising, and more. Prior to ROMTech, Mr. Arn served in various executive roles at four early stage companies. Through his energetic and forward-looking leadership, Mr. Arn has raised more than $20 million dollars in startup funding, developed robust sales channels, and has piloted multiple startups to profitable exits.

Sandy Gomberg

Mr. Gomberg brings over 30 years of experience as a seasoned executive and marketing professional in the healthcare space. Over the course of his career, he has served as CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Vice President of Marketing for startup, early stage, and well-established businesses. Mr. Gomberg has played leading roles in companies across the healthcare spectrum, including care providers, physician practice management consulting, clinical support, and healthcare marketing.

Steve Siegel - President

In this executive role, Steve is developing ROMTech's revenue strategy, driving adoption of the products by building out deployment and support infrastructure, providing strategic intelligence; and serving on the Merger & Acquisition team. With more than 20 years of leadership in the medical device field, Mr. Siegel has a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clinical leaders based on care and integrity for patient outcomes and service to clinicians. The resulting strong sales have driven rapid product adoption, soaring company valuations, and profitable exits. Mr. Siegel's experience with multiple medical device company acquisitions brings a depth of knowledge and skills in this area. His contributions in the areas of product launches, hospital contracting, sales & marketing, medical billing, clinical research planning, and more, have helped lead multiple companies to highly profitable acquisitions; most notably Synthes (orthopedic implant company), acquired by Johnson & Johnson in a $20 billion dollar+ deal; and Tornier (joint replacement manufacturer), acquired for $3 billion+ by medical giant Wright Medical. Following these two acquisitions, Mr. Siegel was recruited to serve as a board member and executive leadership at various orthopedic start-up companies launching new technologies into the market. There he participated in regulatory and clinical research campaigns to support the development and commercialization of innovative medical devices; connected the companies with important surgeon advocates and product champions; helped raise venture capital; and catalyzed explosive sales leading to an imminent $100m+ liquidation event.
