SAFEWISE - Key Persons
Chantelle joined our team in February 2020 as a consultant, after relocating with her family to New Zealand from South Africa.
She has worked in several different industries including mining, electrical engineering and civil construction.
Chantelle is an energetic and confident about the work that she does. She is hard working and passionate about working with people.
Chantelle holds a Diploma in Wokplace Health and Safety Level 6 and is a professional member with NZISM and HASANZ registered.
Kaye is our newest team member, training to be our new consultant. Kaye is studying her Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety Management through Southern Institute of Technology.
She was previously involved in a serious motor vehicle accident, which has driven her passion for health and safety.
Michelle joined the Safewise team and has been the bubbly personality at the other end of the phone in our office since 2018 and later joined our management team. Michelle looks after the day-to-day operations of our office and provides amazing support to the whole Safewise team. She is a very energetic and hardworking team member with a wide range of experience
Ronel joined the Safewise team in May 2021 as an administration assistant, having relocated to New Zealand from South Africa where she worked as an administrator in the education sector.
She previously authored, edited and translated a variety of educational publications and has worked in the field of Communications. She values honest communication and believes there is always room for improvement. Ronel enjoys being part of the Safewise team and helping out wherever there is a need.

Sara has filled different support roles since joining the Safewise team at the beginning of 2019 but has been in her current role since October 2019. Sara creates the monthly newsletters, manages our social media, keeps in contact with all our wonderful clients as well as manages the marketing of our services.
Prior to joining the Safewise team, Sara spent 10 years in the agriculture industry as well as being a business owner.
Sara has also plenty of customer service experience in a range of industries and her bubbly and approachable personality makes her a great fit for this role.

Tracey is passionate about health and safety and established Safewise in 2008 after completing her diploma. Before she founded Safewise, Tracey was the co-owner/co-director of a large private training establishment and has experience in the transport industry.
Tracey's calm, approachable personality and wealth of knowledge is welcomed by all her clients. Tracey is hardworking and dedicates a lot of her time to her clients and her cats. As part of her professional development, Tracey has been graded as a professional member of NZISM (prev. graduate member). Tracey is a HASANZ registered consultant.
