Allison Creely is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. She is a graduate of the University of North Florida (Jacksonville, FL) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree. She is an affiliate of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar Association. Allison began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP in 1985. From there, she went on to hold accounting and financial management positions at various well-known public companies including Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., W.R. Grace & Co., Scott Paper Company (Kimberly-Clark Corporation), and Samsonite Corporation. During her years working for large public companies, Allison performed due diligence and prepared business valuations for various acquisitions and divestitures. In 1998, while at Samsonite, Allison participated in the road show for the Company's issuance of $525 million of senior subordinated debt and preferred stock. She is also experienced with retirement benefits and benefit plan valuations. She was a key decision-maker regarding retirement and post-retirement assumptions, working closely with actuaries and investment advisors at W.R. Grace and Scott Paper Company. While primarily working in Broward and Palm Beach counties, she has been involved in hundreds of cases in eastern Florida. While many of her cases settle, Allison has provided expert witness testimony in many cases over the past thirteen years.
