Mr. Brian Strout currently serves as Vice President of Operations and recently joined SCE's leadership team as Vice President in March of 2021. Mr. Strout brings over thirty-two years of experience in various technical, project control, and operational roles providing critical leadership and guidance to SCE in support of the company's continued growth. Mr. Strout works directly alongside SCE's President and Chief Operations Officer to ensure the successful development, implementation and maintenance of companywide policies, processes, and procedures which support the company's vision statement, mission statement, and core values. Additionally, Mr. Strout is responsible for facilitating effective methods and strategies to ensure and improve the organizational structure, performance, productivity, efficiency, risk management, and profitability of the company. Ms. Dorina Fainis joined SCE in August 2000, and is currently an Associate and Senior Project Coordinator at the firm. Ms. Fainis works within SCE's Gas Utility Department where she coordinates and manages a variety of gas utility projects involving gas main route feasibility studies, layout design, railroad crossings, bridge crossings, utility relocation, directional drilling; she directs identifying and securing all related required permits, closely coordinating with the State, Counties, and Municipalities throughout the State of New Jersey during the permitting process. She provides professional expertise and knowledge on all relevant subjects and is a key member in ensuring projects maintain their required schedules. Her extensive engineering and managing experience qualify Ms. Fainis to deliver project approvals which meet and exceed the Clients' expectations. Mr. Joseph Perello joined SCE in December 2010 and serves as a Principal and Vice President of the firm. Mr. Perello has expertise that lies in the master planning, site design, and construction documentation and administration of public and private facilities. He is responsible for managing and providing services on projects including master plans, parks, and recreation facilities, athletic facilities, green infrastructure, streetscapes, urban plazas, and site plans for commercial, corporate, residential, and institutional facilities. Mr. Perello has nearly thirty-five years of experience with both public and private sector Clients and is fully versed in management and design of projects including site analysis, conceptual and final design, design development, graphic renderings, public presentations, construction document preparation, and construction site supervision/administration. Ms. Leann Fetcho has been with the company for over eleven years and currently serves as a Principal and Marketing/Proposal Department Manager. Ms. Fetcho is responsible for the management of the company's marketing brand and strategies, proposals and contract documents, and several key business aspects. Ms. Fetcho has become a valued resource across every Department as well as to many Clients throughout her career at SCE. Mr. Matthew Beksel joined SCE in May of 2017 and is currently the Gas Utility Department Manager. Mr. Beksel is a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of New Jersey and has a wide-range of engineering experience including the design and layout of transmission, high pressure and distribution main piping, as well as meter and regulator facilities. As the Gas Utility Department Manager, Mr. Beksel pursues new engineering projects and coordinates the scheduling and technical assignments of the Department engineering staff. In addition to the engineering staff, he oversees our natural gas inspection team which provides services on transmission, station, and distribution system projects. Mr. Beksel has also provided resident engineering on-site for transmission and high-pressure distribution gas line construction. He is responsible for preparing and reviewing transmission and high-pressure distribution gas line plans and procedures for modification of facilities, as well as system pressure increase plans and procedures (pressure upgradings). Mr. Beksel's previous experience in the field of Civil Engineering consists of evaluations and analyses and the design, permitting, bid and construction phases of various civil engineering projects. His responsibilities included performing structural stability analyses and filter design criteria calculations, as well as developing conceptual design for interim dam repairs, final design details, and stormwater systems design layout. He also has experience overseeing subsurface investigation programs of soil borings, test pits, and the installation of observation wells and piezometers. Mr. Beksel is a strategic and creative thinker and possesses skills in Client relations allowing him to fully understand the needs of each individual Client. Mr. David A. Chanda joined SCE in July 2015 and has extensive experience in the engineering industry. Mr. Chanda is responsible for utility design and permitting for the Water/Wastewater Department, managing and directing junior designers, and has an excellent understanding of relevant New Jersey Regulations and permitting requirements both at the local and State level. Mr. Chanda assists SCE's Water/Wastewater Department on a variety of projects for private, public, and municipal Clients including water main installation, production well facilities improvement projects, sanitary sewer system studies, environmental site studies, water storage tanks improvements, water/sewer treatment improvements, and pump stations upgrades. Mr. Chanda has worked on Corrosion Control Treatment Recommendation Reports and full scale Demonstration Studies, PFAS Treatment Evaluation Reports, Asset Management Plans, Emergency Response Plans, Lead and Copper Plans, Water Quality Parameter Plans, Revised Total Coliform Sampling Plans, Public Supply Improvement Plans, Cyber Security Programs, and NJDEP permitting for SCE's municipal and private Clients. Mr. Kevin P. Campbell is a Principal and Client Development Manager at SCE and previously served as the firm's Natural Gas Utility Department for several years. Mr. Robert C. Gregoria joined SCE in July 2018 as Branch Manager of our Central NJ Office. Mr. Gregoria has close to 40 years of experience in the field of civil engineering with providing management and design services on various parks, athletic facilities, roadways, transportation and commercial site projects throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Gregoria's years of experience and acquired knowledge gained from working on projects involving unique design aspects and overcoming challenging project complexities, is the foundation that supports him in his management and leadership role at the firm. To ensure our Clients' needs are met while also complying with our firms customized standards, Mr. Gregoria is working alongside the Principals and Managers on each project. Mr. Gregoria has successfully completed a variety of projects which exceeded the Clients' goals and objectives. Ms. Diana L. Coker joined SCE in August 2005 and currently serves as the company's Vice President and Accounting Department Manager. Ms. Coker has over thirty years of experience within the accounting field and is responsible for all of SCE's daily accounting operations and maintains critical relationships with our Clients, proving to be a valuable asset to SCE. Ms. Coker works directly alongside with SCE's Department Managers and Project Leads to ensure the best possible service to our Clients. Ms. Coker supports the Department Managers and Project Managers with all aspects of project accounting. She efficiently coordinates and processes all monthly invoices for each SCE Office and is responsible for accounts receivable. Ms. Coker reviews employee expense reports, timesheets, mileage logs, project schedules, and assignments. Additionally, her daily workload consists of ensuring projects are set-up in accordance with company standards and that they adhere to the billing terms in the project contract. Ms. Eleni Giannikopoulos is an Associate and the Client Development Department Manager at SCE.
