Trained at the acclaimed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Sean's roots in Southampton run deep. Prior to opening Sean's Place, he was in charge of catering and hot foods at Catena's for eight years - an before that, he served as General Manager for Kathleen's Bake Shop (now Tate's Bake Shop).
