Sandie and Geoff have lived in Amberley for a good number of years and live next door in Stream Barn so are on site to offer help and advice as needed... Amberley nestles on a ridge within the South Downs National Park and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, particularly popular with walkers and cyclists. South of the village is the South Downs and to the north is Amberley Wildbrooks - site of special scientific interest... The 12th Century Church and Castle form the historic core of the village, and many of the houses within the conservation area date from the 16 th and 17 th centuries and retain their thatched roofs with medieval timbers, flint and stone.
