Damir Karic has a creative professional history of leadership skills, various business solutions in capture management, sustainability, project management, contracts, consultations skills that resulted from the 30 years of diverse experience that was garnered from his international / multi-cultural assignments that allowed the necessary experience for adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities and unexpected events; and taking ownership and accountability for priorities and mission results.
Mr. Karic is a Swiss-Bosnian national and holds an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability.

Marina McGuire acquired a wealth of experience from her portfolio of handling various US Government contractors both in the capacity as Project Manager, Senior Accounts Manager and her current post as Sr. Operations Manager, Her experience as a sub-contractor to various prime contractors of USG programs involved CSA in 2002 to APS Surge since 2003 thru GMASSS supporting APS5 to KBOSSS, LCV-5 as well as the SWA-CAA programs. Her involvement through the past 21 years with KRH and Servcore allowed Marina to manage project quality and timeliness of services/deliverables, interface with the management team(s), provide creative approaches, assess contingencies, anticipate, and foresee risks and innovative approaches.
Mr. Mohamed Ghaly joined ServCore in 2021 where he appointed Financial Controller, Ghaly holds a proven record of accomplishment in leadership, business turnaround and strategic decision-making.
Mr. Ghaly has a strong track record of driving growth and executing measurable results with a specialization in acquisitions, strategic financial planning, IFRS, due diligence, and risk management & mitigation.
Mr. Ghaly holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Helwan University in Egypt. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA)."
