Adriana Flores likes being able to listen to each case of our clients and help them feel satisfied and part of this great family that is Serving Immigrants.
She is currently responsible for being attentive to the needs of each person and helps the team to keep all incoming and outgoing documents organized in our case management system.

Born in the State of Yaracuy - Venezuela, Graduated as a Mechanical Engineer at the National Experimental Polytechnic University "Antonio José de Sucre" (UNEXPO) in Barquisimeto, Venezuela.
His work experience includes being the coordinator of engineering projects at the Venezuelan Agrarian Corporation, where among his responsibilities were the direction of a multidisciplinary team for the preparation of plans and the construction of food factories throughout Venezuela.
It has the quality of always seeking to improve and automate production processes, analyzing and evaluating critical points to improve the efficiency of each stage.

When she was 26, due to the political issues in Venezuela, she migrated to the USA where she started working in immigration field helping others in similar situations.

Andreina has the ability to actively listen, guiding our clients towards solving their problems and providing good support throughout the process. Andreina knows that migrating can be possible with the help of a professional.
Venezuelan, from Barquisimeto - Lara, where she studied Psychology at the Universidad Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA).
Anna is part of our administration department, where she works as a billing assistant.
She is empathetic and gives our clients confidence. She is connected to the various departments in our firm so that she can provide the most precise information to meet the needs of the client.
Born in Venezuela, Edo. Lara. Camila is a Lawyer, graduated from the Fermín Toro University He has the ability to work under pressure, and listen carefully to our clients to help them find a solution to their problems. She currently works as a Legal Assistant at Serving Immigrants Inc. She helps the team to keep and order all documents up to date in our system.
Carlos Contreras is a petroleum engineering graduate from the University of Zulia. For 7 years, he was a fund-raiser and volunteer at the foundation "Manos Unidas" in Venezuela, where he said, "helping others is a privilege and makes him the happiest".
Since 2017, he has lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is an immigration advisor, working with immigrants of all nationality; offering them personalized assistance throughout the immigration process and practical solutions that are tailored to their needs. Advising them on compliance with immigration regulations and facilitating the management of the corresponding entry permits and temporary, temporary or permanent residences.
Casandra Corujo was born and raised in Miami, Florida. In 2021 she graduated from SLAM middle and high school from the Sports medicine academy. In the time of taking medicine in middle school she found a passion with helping those in needs. She is understanding, puts others who are in needs before herself. She currently is helping those in need by organizing the incoming and outgoing Documents from our office.

Frendys was born in Zulia Venezuela in the City of Cabimas. She has a degree in Publicity and Public Relations. She graduated from the Private University Rafael Belloso Chacin and was on the special events committee. She would organize the promotional and publicity campaigns for the university. After graduation, she moved to the United States with her husband, who was a client of Serving Immigrants Inc.
Frendys current works as a legal assistant and data entry specialist at Serving Immigrants, Inc., where she is responsible for helping the team maintain all documents organized in our case management system in a clear and organized fashion and is assisting the firm go fully electronic by 2020.
He was born in Venezuela in the city of Guanare, Portuguesa state. She graduated from the University Institute of Information Technology where she obtained the title of Industrial Administrator.
He took courses on personal growth and achievement where he discovered his high level of empathy with the difficult situation that some people face.
Gabriela is committed to providing good customer service and listening to each case in order to provide a solution and in this way they feel that their voice is heard.

He took courses in Marketing and graphic design and put them into practice at Radio 91.5 Fm in Yaracuy. He works in social media in an NGO in Peru in order to obtain contributions for low-income children.
He also works in customer service. He considers himself a responsible person with great ability to work under pressure, who meets the objectives set.

José Camacho was born in Barinas, Venezuela. He studied Civil Engineering at Universidad Santa María. He was a member of the Student Center for 4 years, always with the aim of increasing the educational, cultural and sports conditions of all students.
Passionate about sports and serving people, he is also a specialist in advertising campaigns (Marketing), he is currently in charge of being that link between the firm and people who have great needs of our help, through study and segmentation allows us to reach directly to people who are going through a legal problem and yearn for good advice and legal service that our firm can offer. His responsibility is to maintain communication and affinity with our clients through email, sending important news about immigration and legal cases.
Laura Rivas was born and raised in Santiago, Dominican Republic. In 2019, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra obtaining her law degree.
Laura has worked as paralegal and junior associate in two of the most important law firms in her hometown, these experiences have allowed her to develop skills such as problem solving, effective communication, leadership, teamwork, and conflict management.

Leidy is a responsible person, she likes to listen to people and help solve their problems and needs. She blindly believes that we all have the same rights regardless of nationality or skin color, that everyone should feel safe and protected anywhere in the world. Our collection team maintains constant communication with our clients, serving as a bridge to resolve any requirement that may arise for the benefit of the client.
She trained in the area of Psychology at the Yacambú University, studying in parallel with her preparation in the English language.

Magdalena Cuprys received her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in 2002. She was admitted to the practice of law in California in 2003 and in Florida in 2006. Before law school, she completed two bachelor's degrees, one in Political Science and one in Latin American Studies, at the University of Chicago in 1999 (AB Degrees Political Science & Latin American Studies from the University of Chicago in 1999). Ms. Cuprys is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and was the Panhellenic President at the University of Chicago. - She is a Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA); the South Florida and the Latin American Chapter of AILA; the Federal Bar Association; the Miami-Dade County Bar Association; and the Broward County Bar Association. Since 2019 she lives in Buenos Aires - Argentina, where she has added experience in different work areas such as the gastronomy area. In our firm, Clara has specialized in the area of forms and supporting our clients in the translation of personal documents. She is characterized by being patient and empathic, the perfect combination for dealing correctly with our clients.
Rene Garcia was born in Miami, Florida, He is currently in Miami Dade college majoring in Biology in hopes of landing a career as a radiologist. In our firm, he is part of the work team in our Miami office. In charge of coordinating virtual correspondence with our clients and our different offices.
Robert was born in the state of Lara, Venezuela. He currently lives in Lima, Peru.
Rosied Monsalve was born in Venezuela. She has worked in customer service for several years, training and acquiring tools that allow her to provide excellent service. Simon Solorzano is 21 years old and was born in Caracas, Venezuela. He graduated as a credit and collection clerk. He is very passionate about laws and international politics. His goal is to get a law degree. He is a very ambitious young man and has a strong desire to make sure our clients are well informed with everything related to their rights as an immigrant.
As he believes that no one should suffer because of their nationality. He follows up aggressively and learns more about the cases assigned to him daily by studying each one to assure the best outcome, because he truly believes that everyone has the right to a better quality of life.
Born in the state of Barinas, Venezuela. He is a graduate of UNELLEZ, where he received a Bachelor of Education degree. For 10 years he has been dedicated to the area of sales and customer service, accumulating experience in countries such as Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador, working in companies of different sectors.
In 2022, he joined our team of advisors, where he has the responsibility of being the first contact with our clients to provide them with all the information they require to start the path towards legality.
