David has been a loan officer since 2003 and he brought his extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry to Shamrock in 2011.
More commonly known as "Chief Repenting Officer," Dean is the founder and current CEO of Shamrock Home Loans.
Dean has spent over four decades in the consumer finance industry working on everything from account collections to loan approvals and a little bit of everything in between. Under his leadership Shamrock has grown from a "small broker shop" focused on direct marketing to a regional lender committed to the home purchase market through a strong network of referrals.
His role is to exemplify the company's five core values and to set vision and strategy for the staff to inspire and engage. It's all about "loving your neighbor," a principle continually taught and practiced by Dean.
When Dean isn't walking through the halls of Shamrock he enjoys reading, traveling, prayer time, church, podcasts, working out and all things Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots and PC Basketball.
The verses he stands on is Joshua 1:9 "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discourage, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
Matthew R. J. Knych - Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Legal Officer

As General Counsel, Matthew Knych is responsible for the oversight of Shamrock's legal department, which includes compliance and licensing. Matthew advises Executive Leadership on financial, regulatory, and legal issues, as well as negotiates deals on behalf of Shamrock. In addition, Matthew assists Shamrock with the financial and organizational due diligence of acquiring branches. Lastly, Matthew creates numerous financial models to drive informed decision making across a diverse set of topics, including servicing and M&A.
