ANAGHA RAJE

Anagha is a finance executive leading finance and accounting functions, with 24 years of experience in Silicon Valley, 16 of them with start-ups. She co-founded Internet Information Systems, one of the earliest Internet companies developing and hosting websites in 1994, before most businesses had websites. In 1997 she co-founded Metamata, Inc., a Java software tools company which culminated in a cash acquisition. She went on to leverage her core finance skills and her start-up expertise to help other VC-funded companies at various stages. Most recently, she was Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Cox Digital Solutions after the acquisition of Adify Corporation by Cox. She joined Adify as the first finance person at the online advertising platform startup. Over five years, she built the accounting and finance functions from the ground up, scaling through funding rounds and the eventual acquisition. Prior to her string of start-up experiences, Ms. Raje spent five years with Sun Microsystems in corporate finance, treasury and controller functions. She holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She also has B.S. and M.S. degrees in finance and accounting as well as certification as a Chartered Accountant in India.

GINA DOMIZIO

Gina is the Operations & Partner Relations Director of the team. Before joining Signia, Gina was Executive Assistant to a prominent business and civic leader in San Francisco. Prior to that, Gina worked for 10 years at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Starting as a litigation paralegal in Simpon Thacher's flagship office in New York, she relocated to the Bay Area in 1999 to assist with the opening of the firm's Palo Alto office where she managed the Paralegal and Attorney Recruiting departments. Gina assisted in the growth of Simpson's PA office from 10 attorneys to nearly 80. After Simpson, Gina worked in the search and recruitment industry specializing in legal placements. Gina graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Journalism with a focus in Photojournalism.

SUNNY DHILLON - Founder

Sunny is a founder and partner, and invests across both consumer and enterprise tech, with a particular interest in content infrastructure, ecommerce, and retail tech. He serves on the boards of portfolio companies Drifter Entertainment, MomentFeed and Nativo. He also works closely with past portfolio companies Cruise (acq. by General Motors) and Phoenix Labs (acq. by SEA Garena), and served as an observer on the boards of both Grow Mobile (acq. by Perion, Inc.) and Tenor (acq. by Google). He was also responsible for incubating Skale Networks at Signia and leading the fund's blockchain thesis.
