Sri Jagadguru Renukacharya College is affiliated to Bangalore City University and is a grant-in-aid institution. It is recognized by UGC under section 2(f) & 12 (b) in the year 1994. It is recognized by UGC as College with Potential for Excellence. The college was accredited by NAAC with B+ grade in the year 2003 with CGPA 76.50 and was re-accredited with ‘B' Grade in the year 2010 and 2016.
