Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Khiem is a senior Lawyer of SmartLaw, who has over ten years of experience in coporate, foreign invesment, real estate and litigation practice. Before joining for the foundation and becoming the Partner of SmartLaw, he had worked for some prestigious law firms in Vietnam whereby he had advised and assisted a huge number of foreign and local clients in setting up a lot of companies, deploying real estate projects es well as resolving disputes thereof in Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Tao is the Managing Partner of SmartLaw having particular expertise in projects relating to intellectual property, investment, corporate and contractual negotiation. Before joining SmartLaw, Mr. Tao is Manager of several well-known law firms and law offices in Vietnam involving projects in the fields of intellectual property, distribution and real estate. He also successfully assisted clients in conducting transactions in relation to Business Co-operation Contracts, EPC Contracts. Being with SmartLaw, he shall continue his practices in intellectual property, investment, corporate and contract.
