Smarty Pants was established in 2004. The aim from the beginning was to offer good quality clothing for a reasonable price. The concept has evolved over the years and has now become a well known part of the Hove community. We moved to St Leonards Gardens in 2010... Our company is based on the belief that our clients' needs are of the upmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs. As a result a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals... Children can find the hair salon environment intimidating and not much fun, so we focus on making it an enjoyable experience for both child and parent. We even blow bubbles if thats what it takes!
