First, as a SAP Consultant, then as Project Manager and Consulting Director. Between 2005 and 2007 he was responsible for the operational management of the company as a General Manager. He held the position of the President of the Management Board from 2008 to 2024. Apart from his professional work he actively invests in financial markets. In his free time he listens to good music, is an audiophile and a fan of motorization.

A graduate of the Poznan University of Economics. Associated with the company (BCC -> SNP Poland -> All for One Poland) since 2001. First as a programmer and project manager; then he managed the work of the Project Office team, to later head the Consulting, AMS & Software Development Department. He supervised dozens of SAP projects in more than a dozen countries around the world. At the same time, he actively developed the software area - both All for One proprietary products (e.g. BeeOffice or ECM) and custom development solutions. Hobby - literature. Favorite authors: Yuval Harari, Cixin Liu.

Since 1998 he has been finance director in BCC (All for One Poland) and since 2001 also a member of the board. His responsibilities include creating and realizing the company's financial strategies. He likes metal music and takes part in car races. He likes spending time with his family, particularly skiing.
