Akhin Francis, Director of the Society, post graduated in Masters of Business Administration (MBA). An Ex- NRI, on his return to India, he worked lead Positions in various Financial Institutions and expertise in the area of Finance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Cost Reduction, Sales and Marketing and Profitability Improvement. He has been instrumental in creating systems and policies in Society which has given a rock-solid foundation for the business and plays the role of taskmaster with a penchant for the details providing necessary inputs for the Society growth.

Anoop Thomas, Vice Chairman of the Society, Holds Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with Co-operation as an elective subject, Master Degree in Computer Networking, Graduation in Bachelor of Computer Application, and Diploma in Indian and Foreign Accounting. He has rich experience in Regional and International companies, in the sector of IT, Telecom and Digital Platforms. He has been associated with Society with a legacy of experience and became guiding force and pivotal person in Society.
B.VENUGOPAL (HR HEAD} B.venugopal, Human resource Head of the society holds a Masters degree in personnel Management and Law Degree from Kerala university with labour laws specialisation. He is a HR generalist with more than 30 years predominant experience in all HR Management and Made significant contribution in reputed Manufacturing companies , Textile industries, Automobile and plantation sectors, in Kerala in Senior HR positions.
Being an expert IT professional, Jilson Krishna holds the position of an IT Manager. With more than 22 years of relevant experience in companies like Orange Graphics, Gulf Marcom Group, Concert Group and AdVenture; he has extensive knowledge in network infrastructures, maintaining servers, and Digital marketing. He has completed his education in Computer Science and he has worked overseas for about more than 10 years wherein he was exposed to various IT challenges. With his vast experience he has managed to be very skilled in trouble shooting and all IT related services. He efficiently manages his responsibilities including controlling and evaluating IT operations, managing IT staffs, software related troubleshooting tasks and so on. He effortlessly manages implementation and maintenance of organisational various computing needs.

The Consultant - Project Head of the FMCG division of the Society, Narayanan Namboothiri is an accomplished Market Study Consultant who has over 30 years of experience in the field. He is known to be an individual shaped by his travels and is called a Human Scoville unit for his chilly tasting skills. He has served as the Commercial Manager at Vallabhdas Kanji Spices Exporting Company, for several years. His vast experience in the field paved way for him to open his own Spices processing unit and Market Study Consultant Service centre. He is the coordinator of the production process of Farmfed FMCG products and he takes utmost care in ensuring the quality of these products. His deep knowledge about spices has proved useful for procuring raw materials for our FMCG Division.
An environmentalist by profession, Navaneeth Mathew holds 10 + years of expertise in fruit, plants, landscape and gardening miyawaki forest. He is a known Lepidopterist as well. He is pursuing Master's degree in Economics from Calicut University and Master's degree in History from Annamalai University. For his immense contributions, he has received numerous awards and recognitions which include Harithasena, Haritha gramam, kerala kisan etc. He has successfully designed landscapes for celebrities like Padmashree Bharat Mammootty wherein he was deeply appreciated for his quality work. Being a skilled and famous landscape architect, he is very much involved in designing gardens and landscapes for various celebrities.
Rajesh Chandrasekharan Pillai, current Chairman of the Society, Post graduated in Commerce with Co-operation as an elective subject has over 25 Years of experience in various Financial Sectors such as Non- Banking Financial Companies (NBFC), Capital Market Operations, Insurance Companies, Currency Markets, Co-operative Sectors and also expertise in Business Management, Finance, Accounts, Audit etc. He plays an active role in advising the strategies to be followed to cover the downturns in the economy. His guidance and vision still prevail in the functioning of the Society at all levels of its operation. Under his able leadership the growth of the Society has been very organic and steady.

He completed his education in BA History. His experience contributes in leading the sales team by setting achievable targets, creating sales plans, assigning sales territories by building the team. His earlier experiences have exposed him to coordinating marketing teams efficiently to achieve quality lead generation. He is very reliable in using a sales resource beneficially in training, motivating and directing in the accurate direction. His expertise has deeply contributed to efficiently overseeing, coordinating and supervising the organisational sales activities.
Santhosh D. Menon is the Divisional Head for Spices. He has exceptional experience in his field like he has 10 years of experience in Cardamom cultivation, coffee and pepper. Also, he has more than 10 years of experience in Tourism, Trekking, arranging tour packages, pilgrim tour packages etc. He has completed his education in PGDCA. His excellence in spices cultivation adds to the smooth functioning of our department farm in various places. Being the divisional head of Spices, he has been creating organisational change through data-driven supply chain operations, team building, and a customer-centric value chain.
