Alex Prince

As Assistant Electrical Superintendent, Alex Prince helps lead the day-to-day operations of SOLON's electrical crews, ensuring that all projects are safe, staffed, stocked, and on schedule. Alex has been with SOLON for more than five years and has completed many large-scale solar projects.

Brian Seibel - President

Job Titles:

With 15 years in the solar industry, Brian Seibel oversees all SOLON operations including sales, engineering, finance, procurement, construction, and business dealings. His diverse management, engineering, and finance background keeps him meaningfully engaged in all aspects of SOLON's business and allows seamless project transitions from sales to SOLON's EPC staff.

Cary Broschat

Job Titles:
  • Vice President, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction ( EPC )
With a diverse background in all facets of construction, Cary Broschat leads SOLON's EPC staff through the lifecycle of all projects from contract execution through final project closeout. He calls upon his experience in large-scale construction projects to bring creative and innovative approaches to all of SOLON's projects to ensure fulfillment of all project commitments. Cary also oversees SOLON's engineering department and safety program and assists SOLON's business development team with procurement efforts. Under his direction, SOLON has expanded its scope of services, while also improving project quality and reducing project schedules. Cary has spent the last five years of his career focusing on commercial and utility-scale solar project construction and has completed over 90 individual canopy, ground, and roof mounted projects within this time.

David Giannino

Job Titles:
  • Electrical Superintendent
As Electrical Superintendent, David Giannino oversees all of SOLON's self-performed electrical work with a focus on electrical engineering and project pre-planning, technical and quality management, and commissioning. With over 40 years of electrical construction experience, David ensures SOLON's self-performed electrical work is completed to the highest standard of quality and in compliance with all National Electrical Code and project-specific requirements. Throughout his career, David has focused on commercial electrical and solar installations as well as utility-scale solar projects.

Gerry Tokarz

Job Titles:
  • Assistant Superintendent
As Assistant Superintendent, Gerry Tokarz helps lead the day-to-day operations of SOLON's field personnel and helps ensure fulfillment of project schedule, site safety, and quality control commitments on all SOLON projects. Gerry has seven years of commercial solar construction experience and has spent the last three years with SOLON where he has completed many large-scale projects.

Heather Guilliom

Job Titles:
  • Controller
With 14+ years' experience in the finance and construction industries, Heather Guilliom is responsible for all aspects of financial management for SOLON, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, and oversight of the accounting team whose responsibilities include Billing, AR, AP, Project Job Costing, GL, and preparation of financial statements. Heather is instrumental in maintaining internal control policies and procedures, and she ensures SOLON complies with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Joe Rynes

With over 10 years' experience in commercial and utility scale solar, Joe Rynes brings a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. He works closely with SOLON's business development team to ensure seamless transition of contracted projects to the EPC team, and manages the procurement, construction, and commissioning activities on SOLON's projects. Joe also interfaces with clients and stakeholders to facilitate design approvals, develop construction schedules, coordinate construction activities, and ensure that SOLON meets all project commitments.

Lori Nelson

  • Marketing and Communications Manager
With more than 15 years' experience with industry leading organizations, Lori Nelson manages all facets of SOLON's marketing and communications efforts including developing marketing content and materials, implementing lead generation programs, enhancing the company's online presence in social media, and managing the company's website. Lori draws upon her expertise to ensure all programs and communications are well managed and designed to build brand equity. Outside of work, Lori enjoys golfing and off-roading with family and friends.

Luke Alm - VP of Sales

Luke Alm has worked with SOLON since 2012 where he has ushered $150M of solar power plants through initial development to construction completion. He serves on the Board of AriSEIA, Arizona's largest solar industry trade association. Luke's in-depth expertise and creative thinking consistently provide outstanding results while saving clients time and money. Experience includes 15+ years of business development. Luke earned his MBA from Thunderbird, the #1 school of international business and a BS from the University of Utah. Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, mountain biking, classic muscle cars, outdoor activities, and being an active member of the community.

Zach Wilson

As a NABCEP certified professional with more than 15 years in the solar industry, Zach Wilson manages the procurement, construction, and commissioning activities on SOLON's projects. He works closely with SOLON's business development team to ensure seamless transition of contracted projects to the EPC team, and interfaces with clients and stakeholders to facilitate design approvals, develop construction schedules and coordinate construction activities, and ensure that SOLON meets all project commitments.
