Abby is a Senior Provider Performance Associate on the Provider Operations team. Prior to joining Stellar, Abby studied public health topics in her undergrad education and has work experience in the health-tech space. She loves to cook, read, spend time outdoors, and go on long coffee walks!
Adam Gail has spent the last fifteen years building and scaling high performing sales teams for innovative and high growth organizations in healthcare technology. With extensive experience selling into both the payor and provider space, most recently Adam was the Chief Revenue Officer for RubiconMD. There he was responsible for all commercial functions including leading the sales, account management and marketing teams. RubiconMD was acquired by OakStreet Health in October of 2021.
Prior to that he spent four years in the position of Vice President of Sales at naviHealth, where he helped drive the organization's rapid expansion in risk bearing post-acute management models. Adam also was a member of the sales leadership team that grew the commercial side of the business at Curaspan Health Group, ultimately resulting in the sale of the company to naviHealth in 2016.

Aikya is a Lead on the Provider Performance team at Stellar. Previously, he worked in the Psychiatry Department at Duke University and on the Health Policy Team at SAS, where he cultivated a passion for improving healthcare delivery especially through leveraging analytics. Aikya has a B.S. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Medical Sociology, as well as an M.S. in Population Health Sciences from Duke University. In his free time, Aikya enjoys playing sports (mainly volleyball), spending time outdoors, and learning to cook new recipes.
Alex is a Software Engineer on the Practice Staff team. Prior to joining Stellar, he worked as a mobile developer at FactSet Research Systems. He graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in computer science (go Terps!). In his free time, he enjoys exploring NYC and playing video games.

Alexis Miller is a Senior Associate on the Market Strategy and Development team. Previously, she worked at Morgan Stanley as a Healthcare Sector Specialist in both the Institutional Equity Division and in Wealth Management Investment Solutions. Alexis graduated from Brown University with a degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizations. In her free time, Alexis enjoys doing fitness classes and exploring new restaurants.
Alice is a Senior Engineer 1 on the Point of Care team. Prior to joining Stellar, she has worked for an SMS Marketing company and a high-frequency trading company. In her free time, she really enjoys playing tennis and baking.

Alicia Voorhees is a Director on the Growth and Market Development team where she leads Stellar's provider network strategy across various markets. Alicia has extensive experience in value-based care. Most recently she ran business development and strategy for a Medicare Advantage plan in New York City. Alicia was directly responsible for implementing and maintaining the plan's value-based care focused growth strategy and developing new markets. Alicia has also had roles in primary care organizations, FQHCs, and women's health initiatives all focused on patient engagement and advocacy. Alicia has a Masters in Public Health from San Diego State University and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys exploring new restaurants, watching basketball, and spending time outdoors.
Angie Breton is VP of Sales at Imagen. Previously, she was VP of Growth and Client Services for the MSO of Duly Health and Care (formerly DuPage Medical Group), an 800+ independent multi-specialty physician group. With over 20 years of healthcare industry experience, Angie has worked with payors, medical groups, MSOs and consulting firms. She has extensive experience in market strategy, network/product development, managed care negotiations, direct to employer arrangements, delegated services, capitation, physician hospital alignment, and the transition from fee-for-service to value based contracts.
Angela is a Product Manager at Stellar Health and primarily focuses on supporting Stellar Operations teams. Previously, she was a Product Manager at JP Morgan Chase in New York where she managed document and workflow platforms utilized by internal customer operations to onboard investment clients and capture key terms. Angela loves technology and building software products that improve the way people work and live. Angela holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Anthony C. Ferreri, DBA, Former Regional Director, United States Department of Health and Human Services, Executive Vice President, Northwell Health and President and Chief Executive Officer, Staten Island University Hospital, has 40+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. He spent 12 years as President and CEO of a major NYC teaching hospital, and, three years as Regional Director of Region II of the United States Department of Health and Human Services. A Presidential appointee, Dr. Ferreri's responsibilities included oversight of Intergovernmental and External Affairs, in a region encompassing the states of New York and New Jersey, the territories of Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. and the eight Tribal Nations of New York State.
Anthony is a Technical Recruiting Director at Stellar Health. Prior to this role, he has helped scale talent for several high-growth tech startups that have since gone on to IPO or that have been acquired. His most passionate initiative to date was scaling Compass's Product & Engineering function from 150 to 450 employees in a calendar year. Some fun facts about Anthony are that he's played soccer in 7 different countries and his family is full of healthcare professionals!

At Primary, he has led the firm's successfully exited investments in Tickefly, TxVia, Divide, Pump Audio, Threadsmith, and Allworx sold to Pandora, Google, Getty Images, Vistaprint, and PAETEC, respectively.

Prior to her career in healthcare, Catherine served in the U.S. Army as a maintenance officer and is a volunteer board member for the Returning Veterans Project.
Christalee is a Software Engineer 2 on the Clinical Point-of-Care Workflows team. Previously they've taught STEM and design at the Workshop School in Philadelphia and produced course materials for MIT OpenCourseWare. Dinah is the Director of Growth Operations on the Growth team. Prior to joining Stellar, she led revenue operations at 1WorldSync, a SaaS eCommerce product content solutions company and led sales operations and sales enablement for the Healthcare practice at Huron Consulting Group. Early in her career, Dinah served as a project manager for a philanthropic advisory firm, working with global healthcare and higher education organizations. She is passionate about building revenue and sales operations from the ground up to enable and support scale and growth. Dinah holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a native Chicagoan and enjoys playing guitar, singing karaoke, traveling, family time, and hot yoga.
Dinesh Kumar was most recently the CMO and COO of Alignment Health. He is a veteran leader in the value-based care space with the unique perspective of having spent time shaping the growth and operations on both the provider side as well as the payor side of the healthcare ecosystem. He has been at the forefront of value-based healthcare, with extensive experience in creating innovative care models to improve clinical outcomes while decreasing the total cost of care. Before joining Alignment Health, he had various senior leadership roles in HealthCare Partners and Davita Medical group including being the P&L owner for the CA operations as well as CMO of the CA market before taking on a role as a clinical transformation leader nationally.
Don Crane is the former President and CEO of America's Physician Groups, the nation's leading professional association representing medical groups and independent practice associations practicing coordinated care. APG is the nation's largest trade association that explicitly promotes capitation as the payment model for its members, all of whom accept various forms of risk-based capitation or other population-based payment. These groups are in the forefront of healthcare reform and represent the care model and payment methodologies adopted by federal legislation for the entire nation.
Mr. Crane served as President and CEO of the organization from 2001 to 2022. During his tenure America's Physician Groups expanded from being a division of a regional hospital trade association consisting of 40 member groups to a national professional association consisting of over 340 physician organizations in 45 states, Washington, DC and Puerto Rico. Those physician groups employ or contract with approximately 170,000 physicians that provide care to approximately 90 million patients. Under Mr. Crane's leadership, America's Physician Groups has become the leading voice promoting value-based care in federal and California advocacy.
Mr. Crane currently serves on the advisory committees of several physician organizations and is providing consulting services to a number of healthcare firms operating in the value based space.
A seasoned healthcare attorney, Mr. Crane has served as corporate counsel for several major integrated health systems. Mr. Crane speaks regularly on healthcare issues to a wide variety of physician groups, hospitals, and other professional meetings.
In 2016 Mr. Crane received the prestigious Mathies Award for Vision and Excellence in Healthcare Leadership.

Dr. Joesph Habboushe is a practicing emergency physician and serial healthcare entrepreneur. He is Co-Founder of MDCalc, the largest physician-owned medical reference used by approximately 65% of U.S. physicians weekly. He is also founder of Vitalis Pharmaceuticals, developing novel therapies in multiple sclerosis, opioid-sparing pain, and cholesterol. Joseph received his MD from Cornell University, his MBA from Columbia University, and his BS from Yale University.

Dr. Marcus Zachary is a physician executive specializing in population health. He has provided clinical support and oversight for all activities occurring in Babylon Health. Eleni holds an MPH from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, and previously worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering, PwC, and Remedy Partners. Eleni is originally from Greece, but considers herself a proud New Yorker.
Ellery works on the Clinical Point-of-Care Workflows Product team as a Senior Engineer at Stellar Health. Before moving to New York in 2018 he spent over a decade living in Vermont, where he worked as an engineer for a variety of start-ups. Ellery is passionate about all areas of software development, from building the best user experience all the way down to ensuring the highest technical quality of the code. In his free time, Ellery has developed a robust CV of research publications in the field of Evolutionary Computation. He is also an avid fan of karaoke, after spending his final year of college studying abroad in Japan.
Manny is an accomplished healthcare senior executive with extensive leadership experience in developing and implementing innovative, collaborative, and effective solutions to execute Medicare market strategies, gain operational efficiencies, and maximize shareholder value. He currently devotes his time and energy to advising private partnerships in transforming the way patients and physicians experience health care. He most recently was VP of Risk and Value-Based Solutions for CVS Transformation where he was responsible for creating a new healthcare delivery platform aligning CVS' retail neighborhood footprint with community providers and integrating clinical, behavioral health, and wellness products and services under a risk-sharing basis creating a different consumer and provider experience in healthcare delivery.

Hannah is a Senior Analyst on the Analytics team. Prior to joining Stellar, she worked on the Amazon Care team as a data scientist to build a tele- and in-person healthcare service. Her focus was on patient demand forecasting and clinician shift optimization. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the nature in Seattle, be it hiking, kayaking, camping, or running, and spends a lot of time in the kitchen baking new recipes.

A practicing general internist Dr. Fitzgerald has almost 30 years of experience in the senior management of physician group practices, development of population health programs, and leadership of risk bearing provider-based managed care organizations. During his career he has been president of IU Health Care Associates a 2000 provider multi-specialty physician group that accepted risk in Medicare, Commercial, and Medicaid value-based programs. Most recently he led population health efforts at Indiana University Health (‘IUH') and was CEO of IUH's ACO where he led the development of several innovative care delivery models that improved the quality and lowered the cost of care in their value-based programs.

Prior to joining Stellar, Stephanie worked at a large health system in New York City, where she helped to implement new and emerging technologies into the Ambulatory Care Network. Stephanie received her Master's in Health Administration from Columbia University.
Steve Hamman is a senior-level healthcare executive, advisor, and investor with 30+ years proven experience in growing and leading a large health plan organization. He has extensive experience managing a multi-billion dollar P&L with consumer-focused service operations. Steve most recently served as the President of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL), where he was responsible for the state's largest health insurer with almost nine million members, $22B in revenue and over $40B in medical spend. His responsibilities included overall business and financial performance, long-term growth strategy, Sales, Care Management, Network/Provider Contracting, Government Relations and Communications across all commercial lines of business, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Prior to Stellar Health, she was a consultant at Insight Sourcing Group focusing on strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, and private equity spend assessments. Sunny graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with dual degrees in Biology and Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. In her free time, Sunny enjoys cooking, running, and playing the guitar!
Tanya Shah is a passionate healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience across the private, public and non-profit sectors. She has held senior executive positions at Prospero, The Commonwealth Fund, NYC DOHMH and BCG. In these roles, Tanya has led health systems innovation, policy development, and strategies for developing equitable and integrated care focused on our most complex and vulnerable populations. She is a national thought leader on the integration of social and clinical care as a key approach for reducing health disparities and improving outcomes. She holds an MBA and MPH from UC Berkeley.

Tim has been with UnitedHealth Group and/or affiliated companies for over 35 years. Currently, he is the SVP for OptumCare, responsible for network contracting standards, physician experiences, practice portals, workflow interoperability, and payment integrity. Prior to this role, Tim was SVP and COO of UnitedHealthcare Networks. He was responsible for managing and developing contract management and fee schedule development systems, workflows, interoperability and operations used by network contractors and network care providers when doing business with UHC.

Tobias is Head of Product Design on the Product team. Prior to joining Stellar, Tobias worked at athenahealth, responsible for the design of the Population Health solution. After athenahealth, he joined a team at Apple working on sharing Health app data with providers. He then spent a year outside of healthcare as GoTo's Creative Director. In his free time, he likes to spend time playing with his son, watching his daughter's basketball games, running and biking, getting into carpentry, and spending time with his wife, family and friends.
Tobin works on the Patient Outcomes Product team as a Product Manager at Stellar Health. Previously, he was a Product Manager at Blink Health in New York, and prior to that, he worked for a startup in the logistics space in São Paulo, Brazil where he worked in Product and Growth roles. Tobin loves understanding users and building software products that make a difference in people's lives. Tobin holds a B.A. from Tulane University and is a big fan of traveling, reading, cooking, and cycling.

Tom is a senior associate on the provider network team. Prior to joining Stellar, Tom led value-based care delivery initiatives for a large clinically integrated network of physicians and hospitals. In his free time, Tom enjoys golfing and cycling.
Tony Balda has dedicated over 15 years to the healthcare and med-tech industry. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Medicomp since 2014. Tony is responsible for day-to-day business operations, the organization's strategic advancement in the marketplace, as well as the growth and development. Prior to Medicomp, Tony was VP of Marketing and Strategy for the Telemedicine division of United Therapeutics. Tony earned his MBA from Wharton and his BA in applied Economics and management from Cornell University.
Tracy is a Senior Product Manager in the Practice Staff Zone. Prior to joining Stellar, Tracy served as a product manager at Omnicell, TripAdvisor, and athenahealth, where she gained experience on B2B and B2C products in and on both front end and platform teams. Tracy is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute and holds a degree in Biology and Biotechnology. In her free time, Tracy enjoys baking, reading, traveling, working out, and doing things outside with her husband and puppy.
Jennifer Hajj, MBA/MPH is the Head of Partnerships at Galileo. Previously, Jen spent 13 years at the intersection of policy, strategy, and innovation at Sachs Policy Group (SPG), serving as a senior expert on NYS Medicaid and government programs across SPG's client base (payors, etc.). She also built/led SPG's innovation practice. Subject matter expertise includes, but is not limited to, Medicaid, DSRIP, managed care, value-based payments, duals, behavioral health, long-term care, and programs for vulnerable populations.
Michael Akinyele, MBA, SES, is the former, founding Chief Innovation Officer of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the largest federal civilian agency with a $250Bn budget and 400K employees. He was appointed to the Senior Executive Service (SES) in 2019, and was responsible for leading, transforming and scaling enterprise innovation at the Department. Prior to his role in government, he spent most of his professional career leading management consulting teams focused on developing and implementing solutions.

Wilson has served as a product-focused executive for 10+ years. Most recently, Wilson served as the Chief Operating Officer at Clover Health, a tech-enabled Medicare Advantage plan based out of San Francisco that has raised $425m to build a tech-enabled health insurance company. Prior to Clover, Wilson held technical leadership roles at Yammer, Microsoft, and Change.org and is the Co-Founder of Irene Retirement.

She has also worked as a software developer at a fintech company for a year and a half. In her free time, she likes to catch up on latest TV shows and/or movies and go on random walks!

Zack leads Stellar's partnerships with healthcare providers as the Director of Provider Network & Strategy. Prior to Stellar, Zack advised both providers and payors on value-based care strategies and M&A in Deloitte Consulting's Healthcare Strategy & Operations practice. His previous experience also includes Boston Children's Hospital's Innovation and Digital Health Accelerator and PwC's Healthcare Advisory practice. Zack is a graduate of Boston College and Columbia Business School, currently serving on the advisory board for Columbia Business School's Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Management Program. Outside of work, Zack enjoys barbecuing, spending time in the Adirondacks, and traveling.
Zoë is a Recruiting Coordinator on the People team. Prior to joining Stellar, she worked as a recruiter and recruiting coordinator in the biopharmaceutical space. Zoë graduated from Simmons University, where she studied Psychology and Healthcare Management. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, running, and being somewhere on a beach.
