Excelling in various leadership positions throughout his career, he worked in several large markets including Atlanta, Dallas, Charlotte, and Raleigh. Adrian has a background that is well rounded in the residential management of single-family, mid-rise, property rehab and renovations, development, and lease-up of multifamily homes. He has overseen assets in various stages of redevelopment and value-add working for both owned and third-party contracts. Adrian's primary responsibility is overseeing REA's third-party residential leasing portfolio and management of current and new owner relationships.

Dan joined SVN | REA in 2012 as an on-site community manager, handling leasing, condo association, and community management for many years. He holds a designation as a Certified Apartment Manager and regularly takes continuing education courses to keep up with the ever-changing housing business. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Dan works directly with owners and residents on all issues related to rent collection.

At SVN | REA, she oversees a diverse portfolio consisting of residential homes, apartments, and condominiums.

Jim joined our team in 2002, bringing 17 years of property management expereience from managing his family's mobile home park. Having managed several apartment complexes as an onsite manager for SVN | REA, Jim now works out of the central office to facilitate all aspects of the residential team's transition of prospects into tenants. He is also in charge of managing a large mobile home park in Creedmoor and a small apartment complex in Henderson.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys tending to his clock repair business, which he started back in 2008.

Yalonda has over 21 years in multi-family property management and previously worked as a Property Manager for SVN | REA's formerly-owned Springwood Park Apartments before joining our team as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager in 2023.
