Supertechs was established in 1982 in Rockville, Maryland for the purpose of producing monospecific antibodies to Terminal deoxynucleotidyl Transferase (TdT) and to provide these antibodies commercially. Human TdT is a naturally occurring nuclear protein found at a detectable concentration in prelymphocytes during early biological development. Abnormal or cancerous human hematopoietic cells may express an abnormal concentration of TdT independent of the developmental stage. Overpopulation of TdT positive cells in blood and bone marrow is symptomatic of a disease...
