Joseph Daino, MS (Managing Member) has specialized in personnel selection, talent identification, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and training and development since 2009. He is passionate about working with individuals to find effective interventions to help find "matches" between personal preferences and personal traits that companies desire from a candidate or current employee. Joseph's credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (applied psychology in the workplace). Before acquiring his degree, he worked as an Admissions Representative for several major US Colleges and has helped hundreds of people explore and begin new careers. His current certifications include SHL International (CEB) in Personality and Ability Assessment, and Work Profiling and Competency Design.
