Prior to joining Tailwater E&P, Mr. Williams was a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Grey Rock Investment Partners where he evaluated A&D opportunities and managed the company's existing portfolio. Prior to joining Grey Rock Investment Partners, Mr. Williams served in a variety of operational and reservoir engineering roles where he held crew and asset leadership positions at Devon Energy, Weatherford International, and Warwick Investment Partners. Mr. Williams earned his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Brian Blakeman - CFO, Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Blakeman has over 22 years of financial services experience centered on financial management, internal audit, and compliance. Mr. Blakeman joined Tailwater Capital in 2013 and is responsible for all internal financial accounting and reporting, investor financial reporting, cash management and is the chief compliance officer for Tailwater's SEC registered advisers. Mr. Blakeman oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm as well as manages the support staff. In addition, Mr. Blakeman maintains close ties with the financial manager at each portfolio company ensuring that monthly financial reporting is implemented in accordance with Tailwater's requirements. Prior to joining Tailwater, Mr. Blakeman was the Chief Financial Officer for Advanced Plan for Health Ltd., LLP, a population health management company. Mr. Blakeman joined Advanced Plan for Health from Apex Global Partners, Inc. where he was the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Blakeman served as the Chief Operating and Compliance Officer at Tobat Capital, LLC prior to joining Apex Global Partners, Inc. During his tenure at Tobat, Mr. Blakeman directed the implementation of new accounting processes and systems at a number of portfolio companies and assumed the role of acting CFO on several occasions. Prior to joining Tobat, Mr. Blakeman was a senior member of the Internal Audit Department at E.W. Blanch Holdings, a reinsurance brokerage company. Prior to joining the Tailwater team, Mr. Prieto served as Vice President of Land and Midstream for Concho Resources, Inc. until its sale to ConocoPhillips. In this position, he led multiple departments within Concho, including the owner relations group and joint interest ventures group, which oversaw Concho's non-operated, mineral and royalty portfolios. Prior to joining Concho, Mr. Prieto was a member of the management team of three private equity sponsored portfolio companies, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer of Atlantic Resources Company, LLC, where he was responsible for the business development, land and legal functions of the company. Mr. Prieto began his career at Lynch, Chappell & Alsup, P.C. in Midland, Texas, where his practice was concentrated in the areas of business law and oil and gas, with a particular emphasis on general corporate transactions, the preparation of title opinions, the negotiation and documentation of all phases of oil and gas transactions, and the coordination of various activities related to the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas properties. She also managed the company's investor relations strategy and played an integral role in strategic planning and ESG. He serves on the boards of Copperbeck Energy Partners, Cureton Midstream, Frontier Carbon Solutions, Producers Midstream, Silver Creek Midstream, Tall Oak Midstream, and TexStar Midstream Logistics. Mr. Lipscomb has over 16 years of experience including midstream operations, private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Tailwater, Mr. Lipscomb was a Senior Director with Crestwood Equity Partners, a publicly-traded midstream-focused master limited partnership. During his time at Crestwood, Mr. Lipscomb's responsibilities ranged from business and corporate development to corporate finance. Prior to Crestwood, Mr. Lipscomb worked for Brazos Private Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm with $1.4 billion of assets under management. Prior to that, he worked for JPMorgan as an analyst in their global investment banking practice. Mr. Lipscomb earned an MBA from the University of Texas and a BS from Washington and Lee University in Mathematics and Engineering.

Mr. Newton has over 9 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Tailwater Capital, Mr. Newton worked as an Analyst in the investment banking group at Simmons & Company International in Houston where he focused on M&A advisory work and capital market financings within the energy industry. Mr. Newton graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with an MS in Finance and a BBA in Accounting and Business Honors.
