Susan Shaw is the Managing Director of TCS Training, she has 22 years experience in the dental industry, starting out as a dental nurse in 1981 but left dentistry in 1990 to pursue a sales career and have a family. She returned to dental nursing in 2007 and in 2009 was awarded a Merit in Dental Nursing with the NEBDN and became qualified in Dental Radiography in 2012. In 2015, Susan decided to take a change in direction and became a Practice Support Consultant, delivering training and providing compliance support within dental practices for DBG. For this role she gained a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, she also gained accreditation for the subjects in which she delivers training. Susan has a passion for training and teaches skills and knowledge for all team members to feel confident and competent. The training is delivered in a way that is easy to understand and includes practical elements to engage everyone. When Susan is not visiting dental practices she loves the theatre, reading and spending time with her family and is looking forward to travelling more. Susan will be focusing on delivering in-house training courses but is also available to provide Compliance advice if required.
