CPC provides a trusting environment, where clients feel they are truly being heard. While therapy helps clients to process and understand difficult or painful thoughts and feelings, it also allows clients time to identify and understand negative thinking, maladaptive patterns of behaving and unhelpful coping mechanisms. CPC tailors therapy to the individual client, thus a customised eclectic approach pulls from CBT, psychodynamic and systemic approaches... Using an integrative approach to therapy, CPC offers clients a range of services from 1-on-1 sessions, to relationship counselling and psychometric testing.
