We are a network of indigenous people, educators, students, researchers, non-profits, government leaders, businesses and community members collaborating to promote sustainability education, training, and public awareness... We are working with partners from across our region. Otago's education institutions, businesses, community groups, local councils, NGOs, tourism and food sector producers, energy producers, heritage organisations, youth organisations and others are working together to address the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals... With over 70,000 people under the age of 25 in Otago, we aim to ensure that youth from across the region are fairly represented at the table. It is integral for youth to not be just participants but to be a part of all discussion and decision making processes. The youth at the table will speak up to ensure that proposed activities from working groups are both relevant and engaging for the youth across the region.
