I began my real estate venture with Kentucky's largest home builder, Ball Homes 17 years ago. After 13 years of a successful new construction career, I felt it was time to sharpen my skills in the resale market. The Floro Group was inaugurated in 2015 at Keller Williams Commonwealth. Our new journey came with its own set of challenges and opportunities. Learning how to navigate and become proficient with the vast array of software systems available, propelled us to learn and adapt quickly. Like I say, "There nothin' like OJT, On the Job Training!"... Over the past 10 years the real estate market has drastically changed.
