The Transition Phase is a career-transition programme that supports elite athletes with the move from sport into work. All of us here at TTP have made successful transitions from high-level or professional sport into new careers, and we want to share our expertise with you. We provide athletes with career guidance and support, making them aware of their transferrable skills and how these can be utilised in a professional environment, whilst also providing organisations with access to high potential talent... The Transition Phase is an early careers programme that supports talent from a high level sporting background transition into the workplace. Our goal is to connect organisations to the high potential talent available from athletes.
