Alicia Metcalf

Alicia is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Intern. She has her undergraduate degree in Psychology and graduated with a double Masters in School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling. Alicia has been providing therapy to clients for the past three years and has been working with children and adolescents for the past 13 years in recreational strength based programs. Alicia has experience working in school settings, criminal justice system, non-profit substance abuse agencies and private practice using family systems, strength based and solution focused approach to therapy.

Angela Marie Chanter - Founder

Dr. Chanter is the founder and clinical director for Therapeutic Solutions 360. She is a licensed clinical psychologist with a degree from John F. Kennedy University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Family Institute of Pinole in the SF/Bay Area. Her post-doctoral internship was completed in a private practice setting in Roseville. Dr. Chanter works with families, couples, and individuals using a relational and family systems approach. She has experience with diverse populations and with issues relating to depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, eating disorders, parenting, divorce, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues. She is also certified to perform Child Custody Evaluations and Divorce Mediations. Dr. Chanter co-founded Full Circle Treatment Center in Roseville with Terri Powell, Erin Johansen, and Christie Crandal. The program is now lead by CoRR. Dr. Chanter is the Clinical Director of Next Move of Sacramento's Mental Health department. Kelly Houghton

Kelly is Psychological Assistant and Pre-doctoral Intern, and has a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. Her background entails working with adults, children, and families with various mental health concerns, which include addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relational issues, trauma, and spectrum disorders. Kelly's strength is her knowledge and both her professional and personal experience in working with those from diverse cultural backgrounds and identities. She has provided counseling in community counseling centers, intensive outpatient clinics, school counseling centers, and private practice. In addition to practicing therapy, Kelly remains active in conducting international mental health research, particularly for those in underdeveloped countries.

Pamela Percy

Pamela is a clinical psychology pre-doctoral intern. She has experience providing psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults. Her strengths are working with traumatized individuals, depression, grief, gay females, and artists. She brings experience as a dancer, actor, and writer to her work as a psychotherapist. Pamela is a Canadian who is excited to be living in California.

Patrick Vosburg

Patrick is a Marriage and Family Therapist intern who has experience working with individuals, couples and families from diverse populations and age groups. Patrick's background includes working in a special education classroom teaching and connecting to adolescents, working at a psychiatric hospital where he helped children and adults in acute stages of crisis, counseling in the special education department of a local school district and working as a counselor at a non-profit Sacramento community agency. Patrick enjoys working with individuals, couples and families using a variety of approaches including family systems.

Rachael Schweitzer

Rachael has 15 plus years experience working with families focusing on family systems. Her masters level internship was completed at Full Circle Treatment Center, a non-profit adolescent substance abuse treatment program. She specialized in individual, family and group therapy and led the curriculum development. Rachael has 10 years of experience in family education, teaching parents the positive discipline way of parenting. She also has 18 years experience as an educator, teaching all grade levels from Pre- Kindergarten to 12th grade. Rachael is still very active in the education system, where she continues to work on programs to empower children to become leaders. Rachael is currently the Associate Clinical Director of Recovery Happens.

Terri Powell

Terri has 8 years of adolescent/family counseling experience. Her strengths are in working with youth and families providing strategies to create healthier family systems. Other strengths are partnering with individual clients to help them work through and develop realistic expectations that can open up new understandings of self and the environment one lives. Terri is a Co-founder of Full Circle Treatment Center: an intensive outpatient treatment center for adolescents struggling with substance abuse.
