Real estate is a lot of hard work and commitment, and Adair wouldn't have it any other way! Adair has been passionate about real estate ever since purchasing her first home over 20 years ago. Her path to real estate wasn't a straight one, having worked for many years at a local not-for-profit, owning a home decor retail shop and running a business providing virtual business support. All of this has given Adair an eye for detail, great organizational skills and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
It was Adair's husband (Mike Taylor) who finally gave her the push to pursue her passion for real estate. Now Adair and Mike make a dynamic team with Mike's many years of experience and Adair's local knowledge.
As a Barrie native, Adair has witnessed its great transformation from a smaller, urban community into a bustling metropolitan city that retains its small-town waterfront feel. Her intimate knowledge of this region and lifelong experiences here, give her an enthusiasm and a desire to make her home, your home. Real estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the centre of your universe, your home base and the place where your memories are made. It's this belief that fuels Adair's desire and drive to help every client on their real estate journey.
When she's not working Adair can be found exploring an antique mall for hidden treasures, taking an impromptu road trip or enjoying dinner at one of Barrie's many fine restaurants.

Mike Taylor has learned through his years helping clients in their Real Estate endeavours that both Sellers and Buyers deserve a tailored, individual experience.
From whitewater kayaking national team member to international touring musician to local business owner and father of two daughters, there has been an interesting mix of experiences to shape Mike's outlook on both life and business. His business related history has provided a strong base in negotiation, marketing and communication skills. Mike also served on the Lakelands Association of Realtors board of directors for many years, and as President in 2017.
Central Ontario has been home since 1994 after a move from Lawrence Park in Toronto. Proudly serving Sellers and Buyers in the Barrie, Orillia, Oro-Medonte and Muskoka regions, Mike specializes in waterfront and luxury home listings.
