My name is Adam, and along with my parents and brother, we own and operate Torch Sand LLC. Our goal was to find the perfect property with access to the Chain of Lakes that we could renovate and turn into a successful rental property when we weren't using it ourselves. After years of searching, we found the cottage on Torch River in the Fall of 2020 that we now call "The River's Edge. After a fun and successful first summer of rentals, we purchased the second property - Rapid River Retreat... We have been vacationing in Northern Michigan for 30+ years and consider the area a second home. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, someone will always be a short drive away...
