Abigail Panneck joined the TMS team in 2022 as a Marketing Assistant. She was born and raised in Northern Virginia, and then moved to Lynchburg where she completed her degree in Business Communications at Liberty University. Her job helps facilitate the completion of our client's projects by assisting with various tasks such as organization and content editing. Outside of work, you would most likely find her thrifting or reading on her front porch.
Ashley Wineman joined the TMS team in 2022 as a Graphic Design intern. Originally from Georgia, she travelled to Lynchburg to complete her degree in Graphic Design at Liberty University. Ashley provides visual designs for our clients that communicate their brand identity and mission. In addition to content creation, she helps work with ongoing client projects and concept proposals. Outside of work, she is usually studying or playing Minecraft and passing the time with friends.
Cassie is a native to Lynchburg, VA, and attended Liberty University. She has experience in non-profit business development and event planning as well as marketing agency sales support. Together with her husband, Erick, she founded TMS in the summer of 2019. Cassie now runs the day-to-day operations of Total Marketing, including sales, production, and business development. When she's not working (and sometimes while working!), she's running her busy household of 5 kids, one exuberant golden retriever, and three very indifferent cats.

Chase Tripi, our Digital Marketing Strategist, holds a degree in marketing from Samford University and brings his social media, digital marketing, and analytics experience to TMS. Chase helps to craft a social voice that represents our client's brands and manages the completion of marketing initiatives, specializing in email automation.

With decades of experience in the structural steel industry, Erick brings his expertise in both sales and marketing to TMS. Having grown up in Lynchburg, VA and attended Liberty University, Erick has been a seller and marketer for the entirety of his career. After gaining experience in broadcast advertising, he joined the Banker Steel team as Marketing and Sales Manager, contributing to the growth of the company from 8 to 9 figures in annual volume. Erick is now a Senior Sales Representative for Lyndon Steel Company, and he supports the leadership of TMS through consulting and industry expertise.
Erick H. Petersen is our Senior Video Content producer. With more than 25 years of commercial broadcast production and editing experience, Erick ensures that our video content meets the highest standards of professional quality that our clients have come to expect.
Josh Rice is an award-winning graphic designer based in Forest, VA. He has 24 years of direct mail, print and digital design experience in higher ed, corporate, politics, real estate, retail, small business, start-ups, and non-profits. By day, he is the Creative Director in the Marketing department at Liberty University where he has the privilege of mentoring 12 fantastic designers. He also manages a team of quality control editors and specialists. By night, he is a husband, dad of four, coach, spectator, swim taxi, entrepreneur, and freelance graphic designer. "My life is full, and I like it that way."
Laura Whelan joined the TMS team in 2021 as a copywriter. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has worked as a writer, editor, and English teacher. She believes writing effective copy is like putting together the pieces of a puzzle-fitting the words together gives readers a clear picture of who the client is, what they have to offer, and why they are the best choice.
Laura lives in Virginia with her husband and their three sons. She enjoys being outdoors, reading anything and everything, and watching her boys play soccer.
