​With a manufacturing background as a qualified professional in electrical trades, Frank joined Trojan in 2003 as General Manager Southern Region. The transition to a successful career in the labour hire industry came naturally and has continued over the past 25 years meeting the needs of numerous clients in various industries throughout Australia.
Based in the Adelaide office, Frank is responsible for the business across South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria with overall responsibility for a number of National Clients.

Gordon first joined Trojan as a Management Accountant in September 2002 having worked in accounting and finance positions within the Government sector, and a range of small to large sized private sector enterprises.
Gordon has since held the roles of Financial Controller and then Chief Financial Officer. In these roles he has successfully led key projects to utilise technology and synergies across the business, to support the strategic growth of Trojan and its customers.
Mary joined Trojan in 2012, most recently appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer in February 2022.
Mary's extensive experience across various industries including, Telecommunications, Retail, Shipping, Facilities Management, Recruitment and Labour Hire has allowed her to lead strong and effective teams and high-priority projects to best support the strategic goals of the business.

Peter first joined Trojan as Chief Financial Officer in 2002 playing an instrumental role in developing and implementing the Group's overall strategy and corporate governance practices.
In 2011, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer assuming overall responsibility for Trojan Recruitment Group. During this time Trojan's portfolio continued to demonstrate year on year success as Trojan diversified into new but complimentary industries. In 2022 Peter has transitioned into the role of Chairman where he will provide continued support to the ongoing growth and success of the business.
