Andrew Manos, Director of Commercial Services, recently joined to lead the development and management of True Zero Technologies (TZT) direct commercial business, direct SLED business, and OEM partnerships. Mr. Manos has over 20 years of technology industry experience supporting customers achieve their goals in several industries (globally in financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and in the U.S., public sectors). Andrew's experience spans a broad range of professional and managed services, customer success journeys, technical pre-sales and sales, cloud and SaaS-business model development, and cybersecurity and technology management. Andrew started his career as a management consultant at Price Waterhouse leading enterprise IT implementations for Fortune 500 companies. Andrew furthered his career at USinternetworking (acquired by AT&T and IBM), Inc. as an enterprise architect and eventually leading the enterprise applications technical pre-sales team supporting Global 2000 companies. From there, Andrew helped Kronos (now UKG) build a large and successful professional services practice and led the launch and initial global growth of the Kronos Cloud (Kronos' fastest growing business in company history). Andrew held positions more recently at IBM and Tanium. At IBM, Andrew was responsible for worldwide technical sales of its Watson Customer Engagement business unit. At Tanium, Andrew held roles leading customers success journeys in the commercial business and public sector (including federal and SLED customers). Andrew's most recent role was building the public sector customer engagement team at Tanium responsible for $120M in recurring ACV. Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Washington College, and his Master of Business Administration (MBA, Finance) degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Dan Melvin serves as President and Managing Partner of True Zero Sales, a wholly-owned subsidiary of True Zero Technologies. With over a decade of experience, Dan is a seasoned tech sales professional specializing in both the commercial and public sectors. At Tableau, he managed portfolios in DC, MD, and VA. Before entering the tech realm, he gained valuable experience at E3 Federal, ManTech, and Booz Allen. Dan, a University of Maryland alum, excelled as a student-athlete from 2003 to 2007, showcasing a winning combination of leadership and achievement with the Maryland Baseball Team.

Joe Brinker is the Director of Federal Services at True Zero Technologies. Mr. Brinker is a dynamic leader with 15+ years of federal IT program management, project management, and customer relationship management experience, driving strategic technical and programmatic change and innovation within the Department of Defense (DoD). Prior to joining True Zero Technologies, Mr. Brinker served as the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Security Enablers Division Chief within the DISA Cyber Development Directorate. Mr. Brinker's DISA program portfolio included DISA's Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM); Zero Trust Architecture; Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); and, Enterprise Directory Services (EDS) programs. Notably, while with DISA, Mr. Brinker lead the development of the DoD's first Zero Trust Reference Architecture and the DoD's ICAM Joint Program Integration Office (JPIO). Mr. Brinker is a US Army veteran, who received his bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame, and his master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from University of Maryland - Global Campus

Jonathan Cooper, vice president and managing partner for True Zero Technologies, accepted the Splunk Public Sector Growth Partner of the Year award on the company's behalf for exceptional performance and commitment to Splunk's Partner+ Program by closing over $4 million in license sales, Splunk reported on Feb. 28th.
"I'm extremely proud of this accomplishment, our team has worked tirelessly to get engaged, add real value and work closely with our friends at Splunk to deliver not only the necessary licensing and software but also the services needed to drive success for our customers," Cooper said.
Jonathan Cooper is the Chief Technology Officer and a Managing Partner of True Zero Technologies. Utilizing his 20 years of industry experience he leads True Zero's technical strategy, delivery, and development of products and solutions focused on cybersecurity and emergent technologies. Mr. Cooper is heavily involved in all aspects of the companies operational and strategic vision bringing extensive experience both in the public and private sector. Previously Mr. Cooper was a Senior Director at Accenture Federal Services (previously Defense Point Security) where he led multiple programs such as Managed & Professional Services as well as large federal and commercial service delivery contracts. Mr. Cooper obtained his B.S. in Information Technology from George Mason University (GMU).

Mike Fluharty is the President and a Managing Partner of True Zero Technologies. Mr. Fluharty is an accomplished Security Executive who has experience implementing and managing large security programs and operation centers. He combines advanced network, security, and operating systems knowledge to provide security for mission critical assets in multiple federal agencies, including the Department of Commerce (DOC), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Health and Human Services (HHS), as well as the private sector. As the lead of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Vulnerability Management and Continuous Monitoring Team, he won the 2012 SANS National Cybersecurity Innovation Award for "Using Continuous Automated Monitoring To Radically Reduce the Risk of Cyber Attacks Against Confidential Citizen Health Data". Mr. Fluharty's specialty is enhancing enterprise-wide security measures during their development, design, and implementation phases. Mr. Fluharty received his B.S. in Information Systems, as well as his M.P.S. in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
