Dale grew up in Southern Arizona. His father was a truck driver, a teamster driving for Western Gillette. Dale enjoyed climbing into the trucks his father would bring home. After high school Dale knew he wasn't ready for college and made a living driving trucks for a variety of companies. He started hauling cattle and pigs for Auction Houses and Feedlots in Southern Arizona. He eventually moved up to transporting construction materials in a 5 state region. Dale did attend college attaining a master's in education.
Dale started his insurance career in 1996. It was natural to work with truckers. He has enjoyed success taking care of people working in this industry. In 2006 Dale ventured out on his own starting Yoder Insurance Agency. Dale had many solid relationships with insurance companies and truckers. 90% of the insurance he writes involves trucking in some way. He also has written package coverage for Medical Practices, contractors, retail stores and private individuals. Yoder Insurance enjoyed good growth and success.
In 2021 Dale knew that the growing competition in insurance and transportation was escalating. He looked for a partnership to continue taking care of his clients and grow his family of clients. After looking at a number of options for several months, Dale chose TWIS to partner with and expand his technical and insurance offerings.
Gabby began her insurance career in 2001 when she started working for an agency that specialized in trucking insurance. She started in customer service but quickly developed the knowledge and skills she needed to work her way up and later became a licensed broker when she joined the sales team. In 2010 she changed positions and became a Trucking Insurance Underwriter for a popular wholesale program. As an underwriter, she worked with the most successful insurance agencies and underwrote various types of trucking businesses. Because of her work on both sides of insurance as a broker and underwriter, she provides valuable insight and experience for trucking clients.
Gabby always welcomes the opportunity to learn with every interaction. She understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with her clients and insurance companies. Her positive attitude and valuable experience make her a great part of the TWIS team.
Gabby was born and raised in southern California. When she's not reading an insurance policy, she's out running a half marathon, traveling with her husband and two children, or enjoying some tacos. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Paul became the leader of TWIS Insurance Services in 2020. Prior to that he held sales and leadership positions since 2004 when he first joined Heffernan Insurance Brokers. By 2009 he became a member of Heffernan's Senior Leadership Team where he supported, mentored, and educated producers. Paul worked directly with Heffernan's Small Business division and then transitioned into the Patra Corporation, as a Senior Broker and Sales Team Lead where he was also was the leader of the transportation niche. Paul has continued to be a top performer in each of his various roles within the Heffernan Group.
Paul studied at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and obtained his B.S. in engineering. He is a native of Northern California and is a huge fan of the Giants, 49ers and Warriors. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his friends, family and dogs; playing golf and softball; and enjoying the outdoors.

Ron has been a sales leader for TWIS since he started in 2002. Since his start in insurance, Ron has always concentrated on insuring transportation businesses and has become a specialist in the livery industry. Prior to TWIS, Ron was a leading sales representative in the soda industry and also ran a family-owned business. His sales and leadership experience help him to work with business owners.
Ron is a native of Southern California. In his spare time, he loves to fish and hang out with his friends and family.
