Brian is an electrical engineer by training with 9 years' experience in MEP services services design, tender analysis, negotiations and award, site supervision and approvals, testing, commissioning and handover, utilities operations and management and general project oversight and management.
He is in charge of Two Rivers Water and Power companies operations, tasked with monitoring agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) through the respective service level agreements, customer power / water issue resolution through subordinate staff, carrying out metering and billing at the end of each billing cycle, monitoring financial performance of the companies, recommending best practices for the companies, ensure the companies adhere to set regulations and managing third party service providers through service level agreements.

Dr. Mworia is a representative of Centum Investment Company Plc on the Board of Two Rivers Development Limited.
Dr. Mworia is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Centum Investment Company Plc, a position he has held since October 2008.Dr. Mworia serves on several boards, including those of Sidian Bank Limited and Almasi Beverages Limited, where he serves as Chairman, Nairobi Bottlers Limited, Isuzu East Africa Limited and Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. Dr. Mworia also serves as a Director of Centum Exotics Limited, Investpool Holdings Limited, Centum Development Company Limited and Two Rivers Lifestyle Centre Limited. Dr. Mworia was also appointed as Chancellor of Machakos University in October 2016.
Dr. Mworia holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Nairobi, and a Doctorate in Business (Honoris Causa) from Machakos University. Dr. Macharia is currently a Serial Entrepreneur and Angel Investor backing upcoming entrepreneurs in media, education, data analytics and financial technology. She is also a Non- Executive Director at Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited. Prior to this, she worked as Chief Executive Officer of Scion Real, a consultancy firm in project finance and at Kaplan & Stratton, a top-tier Kenyan law firm, on transactions in Kenya, South Africa and Uganda. She also served as a Senior Regional Advisor at USAID-East Africa and worked at the helm of the Africa Initiative at the Global Fund for Women in the San Francisco Bay Area.

He Xiang Director Mr He Xiang is the representative board member of Two Rivers Development Limited and the Executive Director of Jiang Xi Water & Hydropower Construction Kenya Ltd,. China(JWHC). Mr He has more than 22 years' experience in the construction industry and is responsible for the overseas business development, corporate management, strategic planning, operations management, performance monitoring and projects evaluation. Under his leadership, JWHC Kenya has become a renowned contractor and investor for its prime quality and efficiency. Mr He holds a certificate of Senior Engineer in Hydraulic Engineering and he is also an Certified Auditor of the Quality Management System in China.

Prior to joining Two Rivers Development Limited, Lilian worked as a Financial Accountant for different Centum subsidiaries where she was responsible for financial reporting and operations .

Mercyline Machini Urban Manager Mercyline is currently tasked with managing all operations for the Two Rivers Property Owners Company. She has diverse experience in urban infrastructure planning, delivery and operations management; estate operations set up and management; utilities planning, set up and operations management; project planning and construction management; compliance and statutory approvals procedures; stakeholder management, sustainability planning, development control and facilities management. Mercyline is a graduate in Mechanical engineering from the University of Nairobi and has a Master in MBA-Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, is an accredited PRINCE 2 professional as well as a registered Environmental Associate (NEMA). She is currently pursuing certification as a Certified property manager (CPM) and Certified urban spaces management specialist (USMS) with RICS international.

Mr. Gao Bingsheng has 30 years of experience in engineering construction management. He is the director as well as shareholder of Two Rivers Development Limited, responsible for the strategy planning and overall development. He was the site agent of Two Rivers Project during construction. Apart from the significant position of Two Rivers Development Limited, he is also the current General Managing Director of China National Aero-Technology International Engineering Corporation (AVIC-ENG).

Mr Mwangi is the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of the Two Rivers Development Group. He is in-charge of all matters finance, including the Two Rivers Lifestyle Centre (Two Rivers Mall).
Mr Mwangi Joined the Centum group in January 2018. Prior to this, he worked at UAP OLD Mutual, Tanzania as the Chief Finance Officer for over four years, during which time the business grew to be the largest indigenous insurance underwriter in the country.
Mr Mwangi has over 10 years wealth of experience in financial leadership, investments analysis, strategic planning, governance and controls management. Before UAP, Mr Mwangi worked with PwC Kenya in the assurance division.
Mr Mwangi holds a Masters in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the University of Bradford, UK, and Bachelor of Commerce-Finance from the University of Nairobi. Prior to his current role, he was the Project Manager responsible for the Two Rivers Water Plant and Two Rivers 1.2 MW solar plant. He is currently in charge of operations of the Two Rivers Power company and Two Rivers Water Company. He is responsible for; preventive and corrective maintenance, billing, revenue collection, compliance with statutory obligations, meeting Utility Key Performance Indicators, reporting and business development of the utilities.

Winnie has over 7 years' experience in finance operations and financial reporting for enterprises in the building and construction, social enterprises and financial services sectors.
She is currently responsible for managing tasks in transaction processing, financial reporting, procurement and treasury roles for TRDL's subsidiaries i.e. Two Rivers Water Company, Two Rivers Power Company, Two Rivers Property Owners Company and Two Rivers Theme Park Ltd. This involves managing both internal and external stakeholders with respect to finance and procurement matters and supporting TRDL's strategic decision making and implementation.
