UKMT is established to advance the education of children and young people in mathematics. We aim to achieve this in particular, but not exclusively, by organising and running mathematics competitions... For over 20 years we have been inspiring a love of problem solving through maths challenges and enrichment activities, delivered by hundreds of volunteers... We are a volunteer-led charity powered by 400 volunteers who manage the challenges and enrichment activities. We are governed by a Board of Trustees and a staff team.
