Family Circle of Care is a health system that operates six medical clinics, one dental clinic, and a mobile medical clinic serving the East Texas cities of Tyler, Athens, and Jacksonville and surrounding communities. We provide Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Mental Health Services, Dental Services, and Social Services and Resource Assistance, and have been the dominant community health center (also known as a Federally Qualified Health Center or FQHC) in our service area since 2013... In 2022 and 2023, FCC was recognized by HRSA as a Health Center Quality Leader, receiving the Gold Award in recognition of ranking in the top 10% of all health centers nationwide...
