Hannah is a real estate broker with more than fifteen years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation.
Hannah was previously the Director of Leasing at World Class Capital Group. She focused on their two million square feet of retail and restaurant space in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston. Prior to World Class, Hannah was with Open Realty Advisors in Dallas, Texas, and handled all aspects of their Landlord Advisory business. She leased the street-level retail of mixed-use projects for leading developers nationwide, including Lincoln Property Group, OPUS, Trademark Property Company, Oliver McMillan, The Howard Group, The Karahan Companies and others. Some of her notable projects are The Shops at Legacy, Hill Country Galleria, Grand Boulevard, Market Street The Woodlands, Watters Creek and The River Oaks District. Hannah started her career at the Weitzman Group where she developed extensive project-leasing experience. She has leased retail projects totaling in excess of six million square feet.
The Dallas Business Journal has awarded Mrs. Douglas both the Rookie of the Year and the Heavy Hitter Award for Top Project Leasing. She is active in the industry as a member of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). Mrs. Douglas has a Bachelors degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
