Mr. Eberle held various positions before UTC in Design and Project Management in the Commercial Development and Food Service industries. Specializing in Concept Development led Mr. Eberle to the agriculture industry in 1991 where he began his career working for Standard Commercial and then Alliance One International designing, building and managing processing plants. Mr. Eberle joined UTC in 2008 as Vice President of Sales and Processing. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and maintains responsibility for UTC's operations including; Receiving Stations, Controlled Atmosphere Facility, Storage Operations, Quality Programs and United Natural Hemp Extracts' hemp extraction facility. Most of Mr. Eberle's career has centered around quality in design and operations resulting in the production of quality products.

Mr. Springs brings over 40 years of International Agricultural Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain experience to United Natural Hemp Extracts as Sr. Vice President - Leaf Operations & Hemp Agronomy. Mr. Springs started in the agriculture industry in 1974 and has held many leadership roles during his career. Mr. Springs is responsible for Hemp contracting, production and purchasing at UNHE and partners with our growers on Sustainable Agricultural Practices. Mr. Springs attended Coastal Carolina University and currently sits on the GAP Connections Advisory Board representing UTC.

Dr. Joseph Dzisam holds a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, specializing in analytical method development and validation using FDA, ICH and USEPA guidelines with high-performance liquid chromatography tandem and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. He is skillful in extraction and separation sciences (7+ years), has published papers in peer-reviewed journals, and showcased his works at many scientific conferences such as the International Symposium on Advances in Extraction Technologies, the American Chemical Society (ACS) meetings, and the Gordon Research Conference. He has over six years of experience in Production and Quality Management and is well-versed with quality monitoring schemes (GMP/SQF/HACCP) related food manufacturing industries, having worked with Nestle Ghana Ltd, Kingdom Premium Fruits, DairiConcepts, and Everpure Ghana Ltd. Dr. Joseph joined UNHE in September 2019 as the Vice President of Lab Operations. He drives all of our quality and regulatory works to ensure excellent application of our Track & Trace systems from soil to oil.
Mr. Poland began his career with the Intabex group in 1989. He served as Vice-President/Far East sales specializing in sourcing specific grades for clients in Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, the Philipines and Hong Kong. Mr. Poland was a co-founder of UTC in 1997, serving as EVP and President. He has dedicated his time to ensuring farmer relationships to supply customers around the world with the highest quality agriculture products available from the USA.
In 2005, Janice immigrated to the US from the Philippines. She began her career in multi-trade shipping industry from 2003-2007. She also served 1 year working for German Plastic Manufacturing Industry where she handled inventory, purchasing and shipping and receiving. She gained so much knowledge, experience, and the ability to solve problems under pressure. In 2008, Janice joined United Tobacco Company as Traffic Manager. Her responsibilities include International Trade, Import, Export, Domestic, Invoicing, documentation, government reports, and also assisting the Leaf Department during receiving season. In 2019, Janice also assumed the role as Traffic Manager for United Natural Hemp Extracts. She takes pride in everything that she does and will continue to be an excellent team member. Janice completed a 5-year degree in BS Industrial and Management Engineering at Western Mindanao State University in Zamboanga City, Philippines.

Mr. Howe began his career in Public Accounting with Ernst & Young. He joined the Intabex Group in 1992 as the Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. company. As CFO, Mr. Howe was responsible for finance, treasury, accounting and administration during Intabex's strong growth period. Mr. Howe was a co-founder of United Tobacco Company in 1997; serving in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Howe became Chief Executive Officer of UTC and United Natural Hemp Extracts in 2019. He holds a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mrs. Brown began her career in 2000 as an Accountant working for manufacturing company Environ Products. After several financial positions, she was promoted to Controller in 2005. Environ Products was acquired by OPW Fueling Containment Systems (a DOVER corporation) in 2006. Staying on as Controller, Mrs. Brown was responsible for the accuracy of all financial transactions, reporting, budgeting, and analysis for a $60+ million publicly traded manufacturing operation. Mrs. Brown joined United Tobacco Company in 2015. She serves as Controller, managing day-to-day financial activities, for both United Tobacco Company and United Natural Hemp Extracts. Mrs. Brown has a BS in Accounting from North Carolina Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount, NC.

Mr. Fulford brings over 25 years of years of International Agribusiness, Procurement and Supply Chain experience to United Natural Hemp Extracts as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Fulford is a 1992 Graduate of N.C. State University where he earned a B.A. in Business Management. Previously Vice President of Leaf Operations for Reynolds American, Mr. Fulford built the strategies and led the Leaf Operations Agronomy, Procurement, Processing and Storage teams. In his career Robbie has collaborated with growers and key stakeholders to champion many agriculture sustainability initiatives. Robbie also has garnered over 10 years of regulatory and compliance experience working in FDA regulated industries.Robbie recently served on the N.C. State University Plant Science Initiative Advocacy and Resource Task Force. He is currently serving on the N. C. State University Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Advisory Board
Mr. McCarthy started 2019 by bringing his bio-pharma background into the promising and expanding Hemp Extract industry with a team of industrial agricultural executives. Brought on board to provide future hemp market analysis and guidance, his responsibilities quickly evolved to include production equipment evaluation, process development, GMP and SOP program initiation, and compliance with Federal DEA, FDA, and USDA regulations. He is an executive professional with over 30 years of experience in Territory Sales, Sales Training and medical industry selling. He makes building long term relationships by focusing on the needs of the customer his focus. He looks forward to building out a national reach for sales and industry growth opportunities.
