AIRSTREAM - Key Persons
Carol has more than 30 years of sales experience in automotive parts departments, with more than half of those at Jim Click Automotive in Tucson. She's a whiz at programming TSTs for customers, assembles DIY kits, prepares compartment lock upgrades, coordinates teak mat and cutting board pick-ups, and keeps our back stock area and inventory shelves organized. All while maintaining a sense of humor and a smile! Carol is also our team's source for fresh chicken eggs, from her lovingly raised hens.

Tothie develops and oversees marketing and content strategy for the online and retail Airstream Life Store. Along with Rich, she creates video, blog, and other content gleaned from the couple's Airstream travels. Tothie is responsible for digital and content marketing, promotional programs, new product development and launches, and in-store events.
Prior to joining the Airstream Life Store, Tothie spent more than 25 years in healthcare consulting and technology leadership roles, and was a physician office management expert.
Mike describes himself as a jack of all trades, and his long and varied career reflects it. In addition to owning a Volvo salvage and replacement parts store for many years, among other things Mike was a fundraiser for the Tucson Symphony, managed a men's chorus, and created one-of-a-kind, hand-painted Asian robes. Mike's cheerful attitude lights up our shipping operation, which he runs with efficiency and aplomb.

Rich is a nationally-recognized expert in how to outfit, maintain, and travel in an Airstream. He has nearly 20 years of extensive Airstreaming experience, three of them full-time, and is the author of two books: "The Newbies Guide to Airstreaming" and "The (Nearly) Complete Guide to Airstream Maintenance."
Rich founded Airstream Life magazine in 2004, and since then has published more than 65 issues (and counting!) of the quarterly print publication. He is also the co-founder and organizer of major Airstream events such as Alumapalooza, Alumafandango, Alumaflamingo, and Alumafiesta.
From managing building operations and vendor relationships to receiving inventory shipments and making sure office and kitchen supplies are stocked, Suzie keeps all the plates spinning. She's guided the Airstream Life Store through two moves and has been an integral part of our growth. Suzie previously held operations management roles in technology and logistics, as well as in senior living placement. Her skills and dedication have been vital to our success.
Tony is an active RVer who spent two years full-timing with his partner while they shot footage for a documentary film. Wicked smart and convivial, Tony handles customer emails, calls, and Live Chat queries, and oversees a variety of product management projects for the online store. Tony is a skilled software support professional who specialized in SaaS and business-to-business software for more than ten years before joining our team. He brings practiced troubleshooting, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality customer service.
