Ashley Klein

Originally from the Kansas City Area, she now lives in the Northland with her boyfriend Justin. Outside of work, you can find her with friends and family, anywhere from the pool to local sporting events. She loves to cook, create DIY projects, and spend time with Justin and their two crazy dogs Spaz, and Mason.

Brian Aldaco

Before graduating from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Brian was an active participant in politics and government at the local, state, and federal level. Along with interning for multiple City of Huntsville departments, Brian worked the 85th Texas Legislative Session in Representative Will Metcalf's office and joined campaign teams for congressional, state, and city elections. In 2018 he joined the Congressional Leadership Fund as a Field Director in Maine's 2nd Congressional District. Under CLF he recruited and managed a team of over 30 volunteers and interns that knocked on over 75,000 doors and called over 300,000 voters across the district. Following the Midterms, Brian returned to Texas where he worked as a Legislative Aide in Representative Cecil Bell, Jr.'s office during the 86th Texas Legislative Session. Most recently, he worked as a Field Director for Congressman Kevin Brady. Brian grew up in Willis, Texas. When he is not busy with politics he uses his free time to improve his photography skills.

Emmanuel Diosdado

Emmanuel started his Vanguard Fellowship knocking doors for Wesley Hunt's Congressional campaign in 2019. In just two years, he has worked on 18 campaigns across 9 states. He was an integral part of the leadership team for Glenn Youngkin's field team during the convention process, then moved to be the Cure Team Director for the campaign. Today he is loving his role as Project Director and Junior Data Director with Vanguard.

Jazmin Perez - Chief Strategy Officer

Jazmin Perez is a dynamic, young political operative with a diverse and impressive experience in both campaigns and public policy. Jazmin has developed and managed grassroots programs, communications, and day-to-day operations of numerous legislative and campaign efforts in the Texas Legislature, Capitol Hill, and political races across 20 states. Her career in politics kicked off just before graduating from Sam Houston State University when she built student support coalitions for Congressman Kevin Brady's campaign. During the 2016 election cycle, she traveled to the battleground state of Pennsylvania where she was an integral part of the award-winning leadership team that managed 350 field team members to ensure victorious outcomes for Senator Pat Toomey and President Donald J. Trump. After Pennsylvania, Jazmin was one of seven young women selected from across the country for the Star Fellowship Program with Running Start, a non-partisan organization that encourages young women to run for office. Through this program, she worked on major health care policy in the Office of Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers. She also had the opportunity to work in the Office of Congressman Will Hurd. In addition to managing campaigns and grassroots operations, Jazmin has served as Strategy Director for a digital and mail firm where she implemented communication strategies across print, mobile and digital platforms for over 60 campaigns across the nation. Most Recently, Jazmin served as the Communications Director for a state representative in the Texas Legislature.

Joe J. Williams - President

Joe J. Williams has almost two decades of experience advising and managing political and corporate campaigns at local,county, statewide and federal levels with clientele including National Committees, Senators, Governors, Congressmen, State Legislators, and regional/statewide PACs. Joe first began his political career while at Texas A&M University, where he worked on a local race for Justice of Peace. Prior to starting his career in field operations, he worked at the Houston City Council and in the Texas Legislature. In 2006, Joe founded his own political consulting firm and later co-founded WWA, which he helped grow into a nationally recognized firm known for its exceptional direct voter contact and grassroots management operation.

Marzena Marroquin

After graduating college from Howard Payne University with a Bachelors in Business Administration, Marzena joined Vanguard Field Strategies as a Field Representative in March of 2020, for her grassroots was only the beginning. Later that year she became the National Recruitment Coordinator and has continued to grow in her role. Because of Vanguard she has had the opportunity to help campaigns elect the country's top conservative candidates by hiring the right people to be on the front lines of their competitive campaigns around the United States. Marzena currently lives in South Texas. In her free time, she loves to explore the Valley by attending farmers markets on the weekends and supporting local farmers by purchasing their beautiful produce grown in her home state of Texas. She also enjoys playing and competing in disc golf tournaments all over Texas. Marzena is most excited to be a continuing resource to those new to the campaign world.

Rachel Lederer

Rachel Lederer was born and raised in Plano, Texas. Since she was young, she's always had an entrepreneurial spirt and successfully launched her first online retail business during college. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Business Administration Degree in Marketing where she also interned as the Marketing Assistant for SFA's College of Business. During Rachel's free time she enjoys exploring new cities and spending time with her friends and family

Scott Scheid

Scott Scheid has an extensive background in campaign management and public affairs. Scott was the Vice President of Red Rock Strategies which is a campaign consulting and public affairs firm. Most recently, Scott served as a Senior Advisor to the Trump for President campaign in Nevada.

Taylor Ridlehuber

After college, Taylor began her career in the political sphere by working and volunteering for several campaigns, before eventually joining the Oil and Gas industry. Her work there provided her with the expertise and skill required to successfully manage a team while navigating through multifaceted projects. She rejoined her true calling - working in politics - in the Summer of 2020 when she joined Vanguard Field Strategies. Taylor has worked in over eight states for more than twenty campaigns that have ranged from mayoral elections to congressional races, and high-profile governors' campaigns. Her dedication to a project is singular and honest, and she is always willing to give out her fullest effort to ensure an absolute success across the board. Her accomplishments include successful petition drives, providing a strong and impactful field presence for grassroots focused campaigns, and the overseeing of multiple projects across different states. Most recently, Taylor provided her aid in the historic victory of Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin. Besides her work in the daily management of field staff, she also managed hundreds of local pollwatchers through early voting and election day throughout the state of Virginia. These efforts, which came with a close-knit collaboration with the Glenn Youngkin campaign, proved to be key steppingstones for an eventual victory in Virginia. When not on the campaign trail, Taylor is happiest when around her family and friends. She resides in Texas and has a deep-rooted love for nature that is as almost as strong as her love for politics.

Tom Goodson

Tom started working in local politics at 17, eventually becoming a Field Representative for House Majority Tom DeLay's congressional campaign. In 2006 Tom started working for the NRCC heading up field work for congressional special elections, after that Tom moved on to manage the grassroots efforts for Congressman Pete Olson's campaign in Texas. After 2008 decided to move to South Carolina and pursue a career in golf, to which he eventually ended up caddying for a number of years. After a hiatus from politics and campaigning, Tom joined WWA (Wright Williams, and Associates) in 2017, where last cycle he either managed, or was involved in, over twelves different field programs, and over saw one million plus homes contacted in field services. Some of the clients he was able to work with include Congressional Leadership Fund, Congressman Troy Balderson - OH, Congressman Denver Riggleman - VA, Fmr Gov. Bruce Rauner - IL, as well as state and local races across the country. Tom went to LSU, and lives in Houston, TX with his wife and their two dogs. When not on the campaign trail Tom enjoys LSU Tiger Football, BBQ, and traveling.

Whitney LaJaunie

Whitney LaJaunie has been active is local, state and National politics for 9 years. Beginning her career in politics at age 18 with George P. Bush's 2014 campaign for Texas Land Commissioner, her passion campaign work was ignited and she quickly navigated from intern to Field Director. Throughout college, she worked numerous campaigns at all levels, from city council races and legislative races, to statewide races in Texas, to the statewide director for Jeb Bush's 2016 College Outreach program, MissionNext. She was heavily involved in the Texas Federation of College Republicans, serving on the board of Texas A&M's chapter, and as the statewide Executive Director. In 2016, Whitney took a semester off of school at Texas A&M in order to serve as a Victory Field Director for the Republican Party of Texas. It was then that she realized that a career in politics was what she wanted the most, and was all in. After graduating with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas A&M in 2017, Whitney began serving as a Field Director for Wright Williams & Associates, managing field teams in races across the country. In 2018, she began a 3 year stint in political communications. She served as Social Media Strategist for the Texas General Land Office and as the Digital Director for George P. Bush's campaigns for Land Commissioner and Texas Attorney General. In 2021, Whitney returned home to field politics, and joined Vanguard Field Strategies as a National Project Director. Throughout her career, she has operated field campaigns in more than 20 Awww different states. She has a passion for the strategy, competitiveness, energy, and intensity that help drive campaigns to victory, and believes that direct voter contact is the heart and soul of every winning campaign. She is a proud Fightin' Texas Aggie, class of 2017, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family, spending time outdoors, and of course, watching Texas A&M Football.
