Bertrand Labelle is the President and CEO of Vista Security & Investigations. With 30 years of experience in the technology and data centre industry, Bert held global senior positions with Cogeco Peer 1 Inc. and Microsoft Corporation in their marketing, technology and innovation, and sales departments.
In these roles, he has proven his ability to build high-performing, customer-centric teams and strong organizations while delivering impactful results. Bert brings corporate organizational and business development expertise that has instilled an emphasis on market insight, strategic intent, and team commitment within Vista. With his leadership, Vista will continue to transform and expand its offerings and team to better serve its customers and communities.

Bill is the Regional Manager for Western Canada and manages all of Vista Security's operations in the region. This includes managing clients and overseeing Vista's service personnel and delivery to ensure we constantly exceed customer expectations. Bill's business acumen and service approach enables him to engage in all areas of Vista's business while relating well with the varied needs of our clients. Bill brings the local touch and cultural understanding to enhance our services in Western Canada.
After graduating from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, majoring in Business Administration, Bill began a very successful career in the financial services industry. He worked for three major companies in both retail branch and regional office environments but realized his first love was customer facing roles where he had the most impact with his customers. Bill looks forward to working with all his Vista customers and creating mutually beneficial relationships.

As the Vice President of Operations, Cameron is responsible for leading and the operations of Vista's Guards' business units which include all security guards, mobile teams, events, and customized security services. Cameron focuses on establishing innovative procedures that streamline processes across all sites while ensuring our trained staff consistently exceeds customer expectations. His customer-focused outlook partnered with his attention to detail allows him to build trust with clients and deliver superior services. While having all of Vista's operations report to him, Cameron aims to maintain positive and inclusive work environments for his staff through proactive leadership and personal accountability.
Cameron began his career in the security industry as a security guard and quickly worked his way to management. After 10 years of success in the industry, Cameron joined Vista's senior leadership team in 2022.
Prior to joining Vista Security, Cameron completed his undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Domenic Todaro is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Vista Security & Investigations. After graduating from Sheridan College's Law and Security program, Domenic began his career as a private investigator, specializing in surveillance and covert investigations. Domenic began Vista Security & Investigations in 1993 with his partner Robert McKnight. Since then, they have built Vista into a relationship-driven security services provider, with superior customer service offering a wide range of solutions to diverse clients.
Today, as a managing partner, Domenic maintains positive client relationships and drives new business with his expertise in security and investigations and his customer-centric outlook. Consulting, managing, and providing guidance to all Vista employees, Domenic aims to ensure not only the success of the company, but also the success of its staff and their development within the field of security.
In her role of controller, Janice is responsible for overseeing Vista's yearly budget while planning and managing all accounting functions as well as monitoring the company's overall financial health. She also oversees all legal and human resources aspects, ensuring the best health and safety as well as ethical practices are adopted by Vista. Janice leads with a strong belief in the importance of collaboration, supporting employees, and motivating others to exceed expectations. Janice's expertise has made her a mentor figure for many junior staff as her entrepreneurial spirit and drive have inspired many.
Prior to joining the accounting team, Janice gained her undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University. She has also pursued a Postgraduate degree at the University of Toronto specializing in Human Resources and her MBA at York University.

As the Vice President of Sales and Technology, Len is responsible for developing technology business units, achieving strategic sales goals, and growing Vista's clientele while building trust with clients. Joining the senior leadership team in 2021, he utilized his 18 years of experience and expertise to deliver superior results and streamlined procedures that ensure clients' needs are exceeded. With exceptional knowledge of gatehouse and yard security, loss prevention, as well as CCTV and access control systems, Len integrates the most innovative solutions for his clients.
Len has advanced licenses and certifications in the technology and systems industry to including RBH Access Control's System Design & Configuration, March Networks, Axis Communications, Commend USA, as well as Dorma Kaba Aurora Technical Certifications.

Robert McKnight is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Vista Security & Investigations. After graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in Economics, Robert began his career in merchandising with large national retailers. Noticing the need for improved security services, Robert partnered with Domenic Todaro to establish Vista Security and Investigations in 1993. Since then, they have built Vista into a relationship-driven security services provider, with superior customer service, offering a wide range of security solutions to a diverse set of clients.
Today, as a managing partner, Robert focuses on the company's corporate governance and finances, ensuring the success of Vista Security and its executives. Robert oversees the growth of the company by aiming to expand its offerings while continuing to evolve business operations to meet the needs and priorities of Vista clients.

Sandra ensures the security team consistently exceeds industry standards and follows established protocols. She maintains a reporting system to identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and enhanced client satisfaction. Sandra aspires to set quality standards and benchmarks for quality security services, consistently striving for excellence.
