WebFirst Insurance, LLC, was formed in 2006. Our parent company, Webster First Federal Credit Union, was looking to establish a credit union service organization (CUSO) to help better serve credit union members with their insurance needs. To begin this process, Webster First President/CEO Michael Lussier bought a book of business from Ernie Pantos. Mr. Pantos wrote with Mapfre Insurance, known at the time as Commerce Insurance. To this day, Mapfre Insurance remains our biggest book of business... WebFirst Insurance is a local Massachusetts insurance agency. Since 2006, we've helped our clients get the right coverage for their needs... Throughout the next decade, we added even more insurance carriers to our offerings, including Concord Insurance Group, Foremost, Mass Property, Safeco, and Homeowners Choice Insurance.
