WILDA was co-founded in 2019 by Karen Rule and Alicia Jarrett; both passionate advocates for women in leadership. Karen and Alicia are seasoned HR professionals, facilitators of change and coaching and development experts. Across their twenty plus years of experience, they have each coached and facilitated hundreds of women to develop their leadership capability and navigate the unique hurdles of their careers... We specialise in developing women leaders and creating positive and inclusive cultures using a range of learning interventions... WILDA stands for Women in Leadership and Development Alliance. We equip women with the leadership skills, mindsets, thinking and tools to reach their full potential in the workplace. We do this through coaching, workshops, programs and over 20 years expertise in leadership capability.
