WHITE BEARD WELDING - Key Persons
James Hill, owner, is an NCCER certified welder with 15 years experience in the industry. He began at a young age working with his father, who is a master body and master diesel mechanic, in a trucking terminal shop. This ongoing learning and extensive hands-on experience ignited his passion for diesel and automotive work which eventually led him to welding in high school followed by welding and repair work on demolition derby cars. This is when his passion for welding exploded and he continued welding locally doing general repairs and creative metal projects. He graduated from Lincoln College of Technology for Welding and Metal Fabrication Technology and is NCCER certified. He values his training and education, along with experience, to ensure he brings the highest level of knowledge to his customers. He and Stephanie Bell launched White Beard Welding in June 2020 and he is excited to offer his enthusiasm and determination to every job he does.

Stephanie Bell, owner, has a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing with a concentration in Digital Design and Advertising. Her passion is business development and creative solutions. She started her business career in digital print & marketing but found her love for business management while working for the Indiana Pacers. She shifted her career direction in February 2018 and currently works as an Administrative Associate in the Business Unit of Cummins Digital at Cummins Inc. She has dedicated her expertise to White Beard Welding in hopes of finding strategic and creative solutions for each customer. Welding can be more than just bonding metal; welding to her means thinking outside the box and driving each job to a unique level that only White Beard Welding can offer.
