West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (WHCHC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affordable housing development corporation founded in 1986. With the stability of housing, we transform the lives of low-income individuals and families. Today, WHCHC continues to serve West Hollywood and has expanded into Los Angeles and neighboring areas... WHCHC apartment communities range in size from eight units to 100 units. Each building is unique and designed to seamlessly fit within the community. Our buildings are environmentally sensitive and architecturally distinguished in order to reflect and complement their surrounding neighborhoods. After buildings are completed, we maintain a high standard of asset management and take pride in the way our developments enhance the neighborhoods in which they are built...
