WILLOWS FOUNDATION

At Willow's Foundation, we believe that in order to reach our ultimate goal of building the aquarium hobby through knowledge of research-based conservation, sustainability, and husbandry methods, that we must bridge the gap between the business and education sectors... Education has been a by-product of our industry when it should be our focus. We want to get young people interested in and excited about the hobby through our scholarship competition, developing life-long passions and skills both within and outside of the hobby... Sponsors will create a ten question (minimum) assessment of the product. This assessment should not seek to endorse one brand over the other, but require the finalist to examine the necessity of the particular product donated in reference to successfully establishing a marine aquarium.
